【摘要】：為探究混凝土在被動約束機制下的多軸本構(gòu)關(guān)系,采用玻璃纖維增強復(fù)合材料(GFRP)筋和鋼板作為組成側(cè)向圍壓裝置的主要部件,采用萬能試驗機作為豎向加載裝置,形成新型被動式真三軸試驗裝置.該裝置可在兩垂直方向施加互相獨立的隨混凝土側(cè)向膨脹線性增長的被動約束.通過單根GFRP筋及側(cè)向圍壓裝置的軸拉試驗,驗證采用同種GFRP筋的側(cè)向圍壓裝置的被動約束剛度的恒定性和可重復(fù)性,并確定不同GFRP筋直徑對應(yīng)的側(cè)向剛度值.對12個100mm×100mm×100mm的混凝土立方體試塊進(jìn)行雙向等約束的被動式真三軸試驗.立方體試塊的力學(xué)性能與FRP布約束混凝土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓柱的軸壓結(jié)果類似,極限強度隨約束剛度比的增長而增長.該裝置可為混凝土提供有效的被動圍壓,替代FRP包裹圓柱的試驗方法,為被動約束下混凝土的本構(gòu)關(guān)系研究提供試驗基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:In order to explore the multiaxial constitutive relationship of concrete under passive restraint mechanism, glass fiber reinforced composite (GFRP) bars and steel plates are used as the main components of the lateral confining pressure device, and the universal testing machine is used as the vertical loading device. A new type of passive true triaxial test device is formed. The device can impose independent passive constraints in two vertical directions with linear growth of concrete lateral expansion. Based on the axial tension test of a single GFRP bar and a lateral confining pressure device, the stability and repeatability of the passive restraint stiffness of the same GFRP bar are verified, and the lateral stiffness values corresponding to the different diameter of the GFRP bar are determined. A passive true triaxial test of 12 100mm 脳 100mm 脳 100mm concrete cubes is carried out. The mechanical properties of cube specimens are similar to those of FRP confined concrete standard columns, and the ultimate strength increases with the increase of confined stiffness ratio. The device can provide effective passive confining pressure for concrete, replace the test method of FRP wrapped cylinder, and provide experimental basis for the study of constitutive relation of concrete under passive restraint.
