【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)是工業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中人類社會(huì)文明的產(chǎn)物,它記錄了城市的發(fā)展軌跡,體現(xiàn)了不同時(shí)期的建筑形式和藝術(shù)特征,如何保護(hù)和利用這些建筑遺存成為當(dāng)前城市更新改造的重要問(wèn)題。國(guó)外關(guān)于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)研究始于20世紀(jì)英國(guó),經(jīng)過(guò)初步探索和實(shí)踐階段,對(duì)于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)利用已有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。目前我國(guó)對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的研究多集中于理論階段,在實(shí)踐方面也出現(xiàn)一批成功案例。本論文以公主嶺市為例,在對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了公主嶺工業(yè)建筑發(fā)展歷程,闡明其保存現(xiàn)狀和特征。通過(guò)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估體系,對(duì)公主嶺工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行價(jià)值分析,提出公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用存在問(wèn)題。同時(shí)通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外案例分析,結(jié)合公主嶺實(shí)際情況,總結(jié)出適合公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的原則和再利用模式。具體概況如下:第一章闡述工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)研究背景,介紹工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)相關(guān)概念及國(guó)內(nèi)外動(dòng)態(tài),明確論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、目的、方法和意義。第二章詳細(xì)介紹公主嶺工業(yè)歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)與工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀。重點(diǎn)調(diào)研公主嶺市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的數(shù)量、分布、現(xiàn)狀、類型和特征等內(nèi)容,通過(guò)表格、圖片等方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析和總結(jié),提出公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)存在的問(wèn)題。第三章通過(guò)價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑進(jìn)行價(jià)值分析,并分等級(jí)保護(hù),建立公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)原則,通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的保護(hù)實(shí)例,提出正確的理論體系與指導(dǎo)思想。第四章明確公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的功能定位,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)模式,提出適合公主嶺工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用的策略。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is the product of the civilization of human society in the process of industrial development. It records the development track of the city and embodies the architectural forms and artistic characteristics of different periods. How to protect and utilize the remains of these buildings has become an important issue of urban renewal and reconstruction. The research on industrial heritage abroad began in Britain in the 20th century. After preliminary exploration and practice, there has been rich experience in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage. At present, the research on industrial heritage in China is mainly focused on the theoretical stage, and a number of successful cases also appear in practice. This paper takes Gongzhuling as an example, on the basis of systematically summarizing the related theories of industrial heritage, firstly introduces the development course of industrial building in Gongzhuling, and clarifies its conservation status and characteristics. Through the value evaluation system of industrial heritage, this paper analyzes the value of industrial architectural heritage in Gongzhuling, and puts forward the existing problems in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Gongzhuling. At the same time, through the analysis of cases at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of Gongzhuling, summed up the principles and reuse mode of industrial heritage protection suitable for Gongzhuling. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter describes the background of industrial heritage research, introduces the related concepts of industrial heritage and the trends at home and abroad, and clarifies the research content, purpose, method and significance of the paper. The second chapter introduces the historical development of Gongzhuling industry and the status quo of industrial heritage. This paper mainly investigates the quantity, distribution, present situation, types and characteristics of industrial heritage in Gongzhuling city. Through comparative analysis and summary through tables and pictures, the problems of industrial heritage protection in Gongzhuling are put forward. The third chapter analyzes the value of Gongzhuling industrial heritage building through the value evaluation system, and establishes the principle of Gongzhuling industrial heritage protection by grade protection, and puts forward the correct theoretical system and guiding ideology through the successful protection examples at home and abroad. The fourth chapter defines the function of Gongzhuling industrial heritage, the development mode of industrial heritage protection, and puts forward the strategies suitable for Gongzhuling industrial heritage protection and utilization.
