【摘要】：當下村莊規(guī)劃大都借鑒城市規(guī)劃,是基于精英決策的理性規(guī)劃模式,造成了諸多問題。規(guī)劃本質上是在特定社會條件下,對主體需求的制度安排。村莊的主體結構及其行為特征都不同于城市,這將重組規(guī)劃的假設和前置條件,因此村莊規(guī)劃與城市規(guī)劃的范式存在顯著差異。本文通過借鑒西方城市規(guī)劃理論的范式發(fā)展歷程,并結合中國村莊的特質,指出鄉(xiāng)村社會關系網絡的重要性,并認為村莊規(guī)劃是基于內生秩序的溝通規(guī)劃。村莊規(guī)劃應注重社會關系,促進溝通、協調和共識構建,規(guī)劃師也要調整自身的角色。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, village planning mostly draws lessons from urban planning, which is a rational planning model based on elite decision, which causes many problems. In essence, planning is the institutional arrangement of subject demand under specific social conditions. The main structure and behavior characteristics of villages are different from those of cities, which will recombine the assumptions and preconditions of planning, so there is a significant difference between the paradigm of village planning and urban planning. This paper points out the importance of rural social network by referring to the development course of western urban planning theory and combining the characteristics of Chinese villages, and holds that village planning is a communication planning based on endogenous order. Village planning should focus on social relations, promote communication, coordination and consensus building, and planners should adjust their own roles.
