方中空夾層鋼管混凝土壓彎扭構(gòu)件試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以長(zhǎng)細(xì)比、空心率和軸壓比為主要變化參數(shù),進(jìn)行了5個(gè)方中空夾層鋼管混凝土和2個(gè)方實(shí)心鋼管混凝土壓彎扭構(gòu)件的試驗(yàn)研究。采用有限元軟件ABAQUS對(duì)壓彎扭試件的扭矩-轉(zhuǎn)角全過(guò)程關(guān)系進(jìn)行計(jì)算,計(jì)算得到的扭矩-轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系曲線在達(dá)到承載力之前與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合較好。通過(guò)典型算例進(jìn)行計(jì)算,從鋼管與混凝土各自承擔(dān)的荷載、軸壓比和空心率對(duì)扭矩-轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系曲線的影響三個(gè)方面對(duì)方中空夾層鋼管混凝土壓彎扭的工作機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著軸壓比(n≥0.2)的增大,試件抗扭強(qiáng)度承載力越小;偏心率較小時(shí),空心率越大抗扭承載力越大,延性越好。
[Abstract]:Taking the aspect ratio, hollow ratio and axial compression ratio as the main parameters, the experimental study of five square hollow sandwich steel tube concrete and two square solid steel tube concrete bending and torsional members was carried out. The whole process of torque-rotation angle of bending and bending specimens is calculated by using finite element software ABAQUS. The calculated torque-angle curve is in good agreement with the test results before the bearing capacity is reached. Through the calculation of typical examples, the working mechanism of bending and bending of hollow sandwich concrete filled steel tube is analyzed from three aspects: the load of steel tube and concrete, the influence of axial compression ratio and empty heart rate on the torque-turn angle curve.
