高溫養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)玻璃粉復(fù)合膠凝材料性能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度對(duì)廢棄玻璃粉膠凝性能的影響,將廢棄玻璃粉取代0、10%、30%、50%的水泥制備復(fù)合砂漿;并分別置于常溫水域及75℃恒溫水域中養(yǎng)護(hù)3 d、7 d、28 d、90 d。測(cè)試不同齡期的強(qiáng)度。運(yùn)用活性因子法判別玻璃粉在復(fù)合體系中的貢獻(xiàn)程度。采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)分析復(fù)合漿體的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:高溫養(yǎng)護(hù)可以促進(jìn)復(fù)合材料水化反應(yīng),提高試塊的早期強(qiáng)度;但不利于后期強(qiáng)度的發(fā)展,在7 d齡期時(shí)玻璃粉的貢獻(xiàn)度最大。常溫養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí),試塊早期強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)較慢,后期強(qiáng)度大幅提升,玻璃粉的活性因子隨著齡期的增長(zhǎng)而變大。
