【摘要】：施工監(jiān)測關(guān)系到工程結(jié)構(gòu)的安全,而目前行業(yè)內(nèi)關(guān)于建筑工程中弧形預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁的工程施工監(jiān)測研究很少.結(jié)合某學(xué)生活動中心場館的工程實際,為確保施工過程的安全,針對屋面結(jié)構(gòu)中受力較大的異形箱梁構(gòu)件,制定了專門的監(jiān)測方案,進行施工全過程跟蹤監(jiān)測.采用有限元分析軟件Midas Gen對該場館"蝴蝶形"屋面結(jié)構(gòu)的施工過程進行數(shù)值模擬,按照實際施工步驟,利用單元生死技術(shù)分析了屋面關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件箱梁的應(yīng)力和位移變化過程,并將實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進行對比.研究表明,實際監(jiān)測結(jié)果與模擬結(jié)果吻合較好,證明該施工模擬方法的可行性;施工過程中箱梁的應(yīng)力及位移在可控范圍內(nèi),滿足施工驗收要求.該工作和研究成果對建筑工程中類似大型異形構(gòu)件的設(shè)計和施工有重要的參考價值.
[Abstract]:Construction monitoring is related to the safety of engineering structures, but there is little research on the construction monitoring of arc-shaped prestressed concrete box girders in the industry at present. In order to ensure the safety of the construction process, a special monitoring scheme was established for the special-shaped box girder members in the roof structure based on the engineering practice of a student activity center stadium, and the whole process of construction was followed up and monitored. The finite element analysis software Midas Gen is used to simulate the construction process of the "butterfly" roof structure of the stadium. According to the actual construction steps, the stress and displacement variation process of the box girder, the key component of the roof, is analyzed by using the element birth and death technique. The actual monitoring data are compared with the numerical simulation results. The research shows that the actual monitoring results are in good agreement with the simulation results, which proves the feasibility of the construction simulation method, and the stress and displacement of the box girder in the construction process are within the controllable range to meet the requirements of construction acceptance. This work and research results have important reference value for the design and construction of similar large special-shaped members in building engineering.
