尾礦顆粒性質(zhì)與壓縮固結(jié)特性的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究

【摘要】:為了研究顆粒組成對黏性尾礦壓縮固結(jié)特性的影響,對重塑黏性尾礦進(jìn)行顯微觀測和側(cè)限壓縮試驗(yàn),討論了黏性尾礦在細(xì)觀組成上的特點(diǎn),分析了細(xì)觀組成特征和宏觀壓縮固結(jié)特性之間的聯(lián)系.研究結(jié)果表明:相比粉性尾礦和砂性尾礦,黏性尾礦具有黏土礦物多、顆粒表面分維數(shù)低、棱角性較弱的特點(diǎn);重塑黏性尾礦的壓縮系數(shù)始終大于粉性尾礦和砂性尾礦,而它們的固有壓縮曲線相互重疊,且都處在Burland曲線以下;黏性尾礦有微小的次壓縮現(xiàn)象,其次固結(jié)系數(shù)隨固結(jié)壓力的增長而增大,隨時(shí)間的增加而減小.
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of particle composition on the compression and consolidation characteristics of viscous tailings, the microscopic observation and side-limited compression test of remolded viscous tailings were carried out. The characteristics of the microscopic composition of viscous tailings were discussed, and the relationship between the microscopic composition and the macroscopic compression and consolidation characteristics was analyzed. Viscous tailings have many clay minerals, low surface fractal dimension of particles and weak angularity; the compression coefficient of remolded viscous tailings is always greater than that of powder tailings and sandy tailings, and their inherent compression curves overlap each other and are all below Burland curve; viscous tailings have small secondary compression phenomenon, followed by consolidation coefficient with consolidation. The junction pressure increases and decreases with time.
