【摘要】：采用粘土、鋁礬土、碳酸鈣為主要原料制備以貝利特(C_2S)、硫鋁酸鈣和鐵鋁酸鈣為主導(dǎo)礦物的低碳排放水泥熟料(BCSAF),并通過(guò)硼(B)和鈉(Na)復(fù)合摻雜對(duì)C_2S礦物進(jìn)行活化。將熟料與無(wú)水石膏按比例混合后制備水泥,研究復(fù)合摻雜對(duì)水泥凈漿強(qiáng)度及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。采用X射線(xiàn)衍射全譜擬合定量相分析法、紅外光譜、掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線(xiàn)能譜分析等測(cè)試方法表征熟料及水泥水化漿體組成與結(jié)構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果表明,一定摻量的B和Na復(fù)合摻雜制備BCSAF水泥熟料可在常溫下穩(wěn)定α′-C_2S或更高活性的C_2S,減少熟料中β-C_2S含量,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)C_2S礦物的活化,提高BCSAF水泥熟料早期水化活性,顯著提高水泥漿體抗壓強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:Using clay, bauxite and calcium carbonate as main raw materials, low carbon discharge cement clinker (BCSAF), was prepared with C _ 2S, Ca _ 2SO _ 4 and Ca _ 2SO _ 4 as dominant minerals. C _ 2S minerals were activated by boron (B) and sodium (Na) doping. Cement was prepared by mixing clinker and anhydrous gypsum in proportion to study the effect of composite doping on the strength and microstructure of cement paste. The composition and structure of clinker and cement hydrated slurry were characterized by X-ray diffraction full-spectrum fitting quantitative phase analysis, infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope X-ray spectrum analysis. The results show that the preparation of BCSAF cement clinker with certain amount of B and Na can stabilize 偽 -C _ 2S or higher activity C _ 2s at room temperature, reduce 尾 -C2S content in clinker, thus realize the activation of C _ 2S minerals and improve the early hydration activity of BCSAF cement clinker. The compressive strength of cement paste is improved significantly.
