【摘要】：隨著城市旅游景區(qū)數(shù)量和規(guī)模的不斷增加,城市建設(shè)與旅游發(fā)展在空間資源分配與用地統(tǒng)籌安排方面的矛盾越來(lái)越突出。以西安曲江新區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證為基礎(chǔ),基于溢出效應(yīng)理論深入分析城市旅游景區(qū)對(duì)城市建設(shè)用地的影響機(jī)理與途徑,探索在效應(yīng)場(chǎng)范圍內(nèi)城市建設(shè)用地利用方式和強(qiáng)度變化特征與減損情況,并從城市規(guī)劃與管理的角度提出相應(yīng)的補(bǔ)償思路與實(shí)施策略,進(jìn)一步提高規(guī)劃應(yīng)對(duì)這一現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的科學(xué)性和精準(zhǔn)性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the number and scale of urban scenic spots, the contradiction between urban construction and tourism development in spatial resource allocation and land allocation is becoming more and more prominent. Based on the empirical data of Xi'an Qujiang New District, based on the theory of spillover effect, this paper analyzes the mechanism and approaches of the influence of urban scenic spots on urban construction land. This paper explores the characteristics and impairment of urban construction land use mode and intensity in the range of effect field, and puts forward the corresponding compensation ideas and implementation strategies from the perspective of urban planning and management. Further improve the scientific nature and accuracy of planning to deal with this practical problem.
