傳統(tǒng)夯土改性試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The traditional rammed earth wall has the advantages of local selection, simple manufacturing technology, low cost and unparalleled renewable environmental protection, but it has the disadvantages of low compressive strength, low tensile and shear strength, and easy to appear cracks. This paper will improve the strength and durability of raw soil in southwest China. Using polypropylene fiber, crushed stone, redispersible latex powder as modifier, geogrid as reinforced material to change the whole characteristic, the modification of traditional raw soil wall material was studied, and then the mechanical properties of modified raw soil material were measured. The compressive, shear and tensile strength were compared, and the water resistance of the raw soil was tested. The mechanical properties of reinforced composite raw soil wall are studied, and the physical and mechanical properties of raw soil wall are improved on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of raw soil building. The test results show that adding appropriate amount of polypropylene fiber to rammed soil can redistribute latex powder, crushed stone and geogrid, which can effectively improve the compressive, shear, tensile strength and crack resistance of rammed soil. The rammed soil modification scheme with 1% (mass ratio) polypropylene fiber (mass ratio) 5% (mass ratio) (5mm 10mm and 15mm = 1:1:1) and geogrid is the best one. The modified scheme can effectively improve the bearing capacity and seismic performance of rammed earth wall, and can be used in the construction of new tamped earth wall building.
