高溫冷卻后奧氏體不銹鋼力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:基于奧氏體不銹鋼S30408材料,研究不同溫度工況下冷卻后不銹鋼材料的力學(xué)性能.考察空氣中自然冷卻和浸水冷卻這2種方式對(duì)材料力學(xué)性能的影響,獲取高溫冷卻后不銹鋼材料的力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)(彈性模量、名義屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉極限強(qiáng)度和斷后延伸率等)與相應(yīng)的折減系數(shù),并將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和已有同類試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比.結(jié)果表明:不同溫度工況對(duì)不銹鋼材料應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線中應(yīng)變值較大(20%)的區(qū)段有著較為顯著的影響;當(dāng)溫度工況600℃時(shí),不同溫度工況和不同冷卻方式對(duì)不銹鋼材料的力學(xué)性能影響較小;當(dāng)溫度工況≥600℃時(shí),不同溫度工況和不同冷卻方式對(duì)材料的彈性模量、名義屈服強(qiáng)度和斷后延伸率存在著影響,且材料的抗拉極限強(qiáng)度隨溫度升高略為增長(zhǎng),但不同冷卻方式對(duì)材料的抗拉極限強(qiáng)度幾乎沒(méi)有影響.
[Abstract]:Based on austenitic stainless steel S30408, the mechanical properties of stainless steel after cooling at different temperatures were studied. The effects of natural cooling and immersion cooling on the mechanical properties of stainless steel were investigated, and the mechanical properties (elastic modulus, nominal yield strength) of stainless steel after high temperature cooling were obtained. The ultimate tensile strength and the elongation after break are compared with the corresponding reduction coefficients and the experimental results are compared with the results of the same kind of tests. The results show that different temperature conditions have a significant effect on the section of the stress-strain curve of stainless steel with a larger strain value (20%), and when the temperature is 600 鈩,
