淺議緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展

【摘要】:緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土技術(shù)是通過緩粘結(jié)劑隨時間的固化實現(xiàn)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋與混凝土之間從無粘結(jié)逐漸過渡到有粘結(jié)的一種新技術(shù),它將無粘結(jié)和有粘結(jié)兩種預(yù)應(yīng)力體系相結(jié)合,揚長避短,有效克服了兩種后張法預(yù)應(yīng)力體系的質(zhì)量缺陷.本文通過緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土的構(gòu)造和機理介紹,分析了它的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)的基礎(chǔ)研究與工程應(yīng)用,對該技術(shù)的發(fā)展提出了展望.
[Abstract]:The technology of slowly bonded prestressed concrete is a new technology which can realize the transition between prestressed tendons and concrete from unbonded to bonded gradually through the solidification of slow binder over time. It combines two kinds of prestressing systems: unbonded and bonded. It overcomes the quality defects of two post-Zhang Fa prestressing systems. In this paper, the structure and mechanism of slowly bonded prestressed concrete are introduced, its technical advantages are analyzed, and the development of this technology is prospected in combination with the basic research and engineering application in China.
