【摘要】：通過對(duì)混凝土熱傳導(dǎo)的細(xì)觀特性分析,探討混凝土的非均質(zhì)特性對(duì)熱傳導(dǎo)過程的影響規(guī)律.假定混凝土由砂漿、粗骨料以及二者界面過渡區(qū)(ITZ)組成,利用Voronoi單元剖分技術(shù)建立細(xì)觀格構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,是開展熱傳導(dǎo)過程研究的新途徑.基于非線性分析的熱傳導(dǎo)方程,利用伽略金加權(quán)余數(shù)法和有限差分法,確定其方程的數(shù)值形式,以水泥砂漿與花崗巖為例,開展了基于細(xì)觀格構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的混凝土熱傳導(dǎo)過程數(shù)值仿真分析.數(shù)值計(jì)算表明,混凝土的細(xì)觀格構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型可有效地呈現(xiàn)其熱傳導(dǎo)過程,并可確定其內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律.
[Abstract]:The influence of heterogeneity of concrete on the process of heat conduction is discussed by analyzing the meso-characteristics of heat conduction of concrete. Assuming that concrete is composed of mortar, coarse aggregate and (ITZ) in the interfacial transition zone, it is a new way to study the heat conduction process by using Voronoi element division technique to establish mesoscopic lattice network model. Based on the heat conduction equation of nonlinear analysis, the numerical form of the equation is determined by Galerkin weighted remainder method and finite difference method, taking cement mortar and granite as examples. Numerical simulation analysis of heat conduction process of concrete based on mesoscopic lattice network model is carried out. Numerical results show that the mesoscale lattice network model of concrete can effectively present its heat conduction process and determine its internal temperature field distribution.
