【摘要】：21世紀全世界的老齡化問題日趨嚴重,中國也在逐步走入老年型國家的行列。如何解決老齡化所帶來的問題成為人們不得不關注的問題。本文所探討的就是在此背景下所產(chǎn)生的一種新型養(yǎng)老方式—度假養(yǎng)老。由于作者曾參與過武安長壽村養(yǎng)老度假區(qū)項目的規(guī)劃與建筑設計,對冀南地區(qū)的地域性特點有一定了解,所以將度假養(yǎng)老的范圍鎖定在了冀南地區(qū)。論文首先研究了一下當前的老齡化背景與國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并總結了一下本課題的研究內(nèi)容與研究意義。之后分析了一下適老型度假區(qū)的相關概念與模式。提出了度假老人和適老型度假等相關概念,和幾種度假養(yǎng)老模式。接著在綜合分析了冀南地區(qū)的自然性因素、地域性因素,老年人自身的居住模式需求因素、心理及生理因素的基礎上,進一步歸納總結出五點冀南地區(qū)適老型度假區(qū)的設計策略:基地選址策略,空間形態(tài)設計策略,功能組合設計策略,基礎服務設施設計策略,室內(nèi)各空間細部策略。最后對筆者曾參與過的長壽村養(yǎng)老度假區(qū)的設計實踐進行分析,將理論結合實踐來驗證前文所總結的冀南地區(qū)適老型度假區(qū)的設計策略。最后總結全文并歸納出兩個創(chuàng)新點:(1)將冀南地區(qū)的自然因素與度假養(yǎng)老這種模式相結合。(2)將冀南地區(qū)的一些地域特色融入到不同功能組合的養(yǎng)老住宅單體中。希望本課題的研究對于在冀南地區(qū)開發(fā)旅游養(yǎng)老度假區(qū)有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, the aging problem in the world is becoming more and more serious, and China is gradually stepping into the ranks of the aged countries. How to solve the problems caused by aging has become a problem that people have to pay attention to. This paper discusses a new type of old-age pension under this background-holiday pension. Since the author has been involved in the planning and architectural design of the project of Wuan Changshou Village old-age resort, and has a certain understanding of the regional characteristics of southern Hebei, the scope of vacation and old-age care has been locked in the southern part of Hebei Province. Firstly, this paper studies the background of aging and the research status at home and abroad, and summarizes the research content and significance of this topic. After that, it analyzes the concept and mode of the suitable old type holiday area. This paper puts forward some related concepts such as vacation old people and aging vacation, and several vacation pension models. Then, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the natural factors, regional factors, the demand factors of the elderly's own living mode, the psychological and physiological factors in the south of Hebei Province, Furthermore, the design strategies of the five-point old-fashioned resorts in southern Hebei are summarized: base location strategy, space form design strategy, function combination design strategy, basic service facility design strategy, indoor space detail strategy. At last, the author analyzes the design practice of the old-age resort in Changshou Village, and verifies the design strategy of the old-age resort in the south of Hebei Province by combining the theory with the practice. Finally, two innovations are summarized: (1) combining the natural factors of southern Hebei with the pattern of vacation and old-age care; (2) incorporating some regional characteristics of southern Hebei into different functional combinations of old-age housing monomer. It is hoped that the research of this subject can be used for reference in the development of tourist old-age resorts in southern Hebei.
