【摘要】：21世紀(jì)全世界的老齡化問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,中國(guó)也在逐步走入老年型國(guó)家的行列。如何解決老齡化所帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題成為人們不得不關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文所探討的就是在此背景下所產(chǎn)生的一種新型養(yǎng)老方式—度假養(yǎng)老。由于作者曾參與過(guò)武安長(zhǎng)壽村養(yǎng)老度假區(qū)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃與建筑設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)冀南地區(qū)的地域性特點(diǎn)有一定了解,所以將度假養(yǎng)老的范圍鎖定在了冀南地區(qū)。論文首先研究了一下當(dāng)前的老齡化背景與國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)了一下本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容與研究意義。之后分析了一下適老型度假區(qū)的相關(guān)概念與模式。提出了度假老人和適老型度假等相關(guān)概念,和幾種度假養(yǎng)老模式。接著在綜合分析了冀南地區(qū)的自然性因素、地域性因素,老年人自身的居住模式需求因素、心理及生理因素的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步歸納總結(jié)出五點(diǎn)冀南地區(qū)適老型度假區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)策略:基地選址策略,空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)策略,功能組合設(shè)計(jì)策略,基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)策略,室內(nèi)各空間細(xì)部策略。最后對(duì)筆者曾參與過(guò)的長(zhǎng)壽村養(yǎng)老度假區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析,將理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐來(lái)驗(yàn)證前文所總結(jié)的冀南地區(qū)適老型度假區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)策略。最后總結(jié)全文并歸納出兩個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):(1)將冀南地區(qū)的自然因素與度假養(yǎng)老這種模式相結(jié)合。(2)將冀南地區(qū)的一些地域特色融入到不同功能組合的養(yǎng)老住宅單體中。希望本課題的研究對(duì)于在冀南地區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)旅游養(yǎng)老度假區(qū)有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, the aging problem in the world is becoming more and more serious, and China is gradually stepping into the ranks of the aged countries. How to solve the problems caused by aging has become a problem that people have to pay attention to. This paper discusses a new type of old-age pension under this background-holiday pension. Since the author has been involved in the planning and architectural design of the project of Wuan Changshou Village old-age resort, and has a certain understanding of the regional characteristics of southern Hebei, the scope of vacation and old-age care has been locked in the southern part of Hebei Province. Firstly, this paper studies the background of aging and the research status at home and abroad, and summarizes the research content and significance of this topic. After that, it analyzes the concept and mode of the suitable old type holiday area. This paper puts forward some related concepts such as vacation old people and aging vacation, and several vacation pension models. Then, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the natural factors, regional factors, the demand factors of the elderly's own living mode, the psychological and physiological factors in the south of Hebei Province, Furthermore, the design strategies of the five-point old-fashioned resorts in southern Hebei are summarized: base location strategy, space form design strategy, function combination design strategy, basic service facility design strategy, indoor space detail strategy. At last, the author analyzes the design practice of the old-age resort in Changshou Village, and verifies the design strategy of the old-age resort in the south of Hebei Province by combining the theory with the practice. Finally, two innovations are summarized: (1) combining the natural factors of southern Hebei with the pattern of vacation and old-age care; (2) incorporating some regional characteristics of southern Hebei into different functional combinations of old-age housing monomer. It is hoped that the research of this subject can be used for reference in the development of tourist old-age resorts in southern Hebei.
