縱向節(jié)點板連接的K型方管節(jié)點靜力性能的試驗研究
[Abstract]:Hollow tube structure is widely used in industrial and civil buildings because of its beautiful appearance and excellent mechanical properties. There are many kinds of tubular joints, among which the steel pipe joints connected with longitudinal joints and plates are favored by everyone because of the simple form of force transfer. However, there is still a lack of research on the K-type square pipe joints connected with longitudinal joints at home and abroad, and there are no relevant regulations on this kind of joints in the current Code for Design of Steel structures in China. Therefore, the static performance of K type square pipe joints connected with longitudinal joint plates is studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) the static test of K type square pipe joints with longitudinal joints is carried out in this paper. The test parameters include the length of the joint plate and whether to install stiffeners. The test phenomena during the test are recorded, the failure mode is summarized, the test data are processed and the influence of each variable on the bearing capacity of the joint is analyzed. (2) the ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the specimens. The SOLID95 element is used to model the model. The geometric dimensions, material properties, loading mode and boundary conditions of the model are the same as those of the test, and the fillet of the square tube and the joint weld between the joint plate and chord tube are considered. The simulation results of load-displacement curve, ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode are compared with the experimental results, and the accuracy of the finite element model is verified. (3) A large number of parameter analysis is carried out for the K-type square pipe joints connected with longitudinal joints and plates. The ratio 畏 of node plate length to chord width, the ratio of effective thickness to chord width 尾, the ratio 緯 of half width to thickness of chord, angle 胃 of chord branch, eccentricity e0 / h0, chord height H0, yield strength of chord FY, stiffened rib and ruler are investigated. The effect of inch effect on ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of joints. (4) based on the results of parametric analysis, By using the multivariate regression method, the proposed formula for calculating the bearing capacity of K-type square pipe joints with longitudinal joint plates is obtained, and the results of calculation are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the proposed formula.
