【摘要】：采用ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)升溫曲線,通過靜力隱式數(shù)值模擬分析,對(duì)火災(zāi)下外伸端板型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,包括節(jié)點(diǎn)的失效模式、極限溫度及跨中最大撓度.對(duì)比分析了螺栓等級(jí)、螺栓預(yù)緊力、端板厚度及延性損傷指標(biāo)對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)火災(zāi)行為的影響.分析結(jié)果表明,螺栓等級(jí)越高,節(jié)點(diǎn)失效前的極限溫度越高,跨中撓度減小;螺栓預(yù)緊力的設(shè)置可以顯著提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的受火極限溫度;端板厚度的增加對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗火能力也有一定的加強(qiáng)作用;考慮連接件的延性損傷時(shí),得到的節(jié)點(diǎn)極限溫度降低,跨中撓度減小.該研究得出的結(jié)論將對(duì)受火節(jié)點(diǎn)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義.
[Abstract]:By using ISO standard heating curve and static implicit numerical simulation, the failure mode, limit temperature and maximum deflection of the joints are studied. The effects of bolt grade, bolt pretightening force, end plate thickness and ductile damage index on joint fire behavior were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the higher the bolt grade, the higher the limit temperature before failure, and the lower the mid-span deflection, the higher the ultimate temperature of the joint is when the bolt preload force is set. Considering the ductile damage of the joints, the ultimate temperature of the joints is reduced and the mid-span deflection is reduced. The conclusion of this study will be helpful to the optimal design of fire-affected joints.
