成都地鐵2號線東門大橋站結構內力分析

【摘要】:地鐵車站常常建造于環(huán)境較為復雜的城市之中,周邊有密集的建筑物和復雜的地下管線,對地面交通與地表沉降有較為嚴格的要求。因此,為了保證基坑安全,減小對周邊建筑物的影響,需要研究基坑圍護結構內力與變形情況。此外,為了保證車站的安全,減小對地面的影響,也需要研究車站結構的內力與變形情況。本論文主要針對東門大橋車站進行基坑圍護結構計算,對實際施工時的難點進行分析,隨后進行車站結構平面與三維計算分析,為此后車站的設計提供一些有益的結論和建議。首先通過調研對比分析了地鐵車站常見施工方法:明挖法、蓋挖法、暗挖法等工法特點及適用條件,介紹了常用的基坑支護結構特點與適用條件。論文以東門大橋站為研究對象,進行了車站圍護結構的方案比選,確定了圍護結構的具體型式。其次,分析了東門大橋站圍護結構的內力與變形情況,保證了圍護結構安全性。針對實際施工中需要在頂板結構上進行盾構機起吊的情況,為了減少頂板的施工浪費,提出了在設計時考慮結構柱位的布置和增加臨時措施的方法,未增加板厚和配筋,即可保證順利起吊。在實際施工時,監(jiān)測盾構機起吊過程中結構板最大變形為5mm,在結構允許變形范圍以內,證明結構是安全的。最后,對車站結構進行平面與三維計算分析,分析了樓板與梁柱的位移與內力,為車站結構的設計提供參考;對比了這二種方法的計算結果,結果說明二維計算出的樓板和梁柱內力偏大,即實際設計工作中按平面設計是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:Subway stations are often built in cities with complex environments, with dense buildings and complex underground pipelines around them. Therefore, there are strict requirements for land transportation and surface subsidence. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of foundation pit and reduce the influence on surrounding buildings, it is necessary to study the internal force and deformation of foundation pit enclosure. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of the station and reduce the influence on the ground, it is also necessary to study the internal force and deformation of the station structure. This paper mainly carries on the foundation pit envelope structure calculation for the Dongmen Bridge station, analyzes the difficulty in the actual construction, then carries on the station structure plane and the three-dimensional computation analysis, provides some beneficial conclusions and suggestions for the later station design. Firstly, the characteristics and applicable conditions of common construction methods of subway station, such as open excavation method, cover excavation method, hidden excavation method and so on, are compared and analyzed, and the characteristics and applicable conditions of common foundation pit supporting structure are introduced. Taking Dongmen Bridge Station as the research object, this paper compares and selects the schemes of the station enclosure structure, and determines the concrete type of the enclosure structure. Secondly, the internal force and deformation of the retaining structure of Dongmen Bridge station are analyzed to ensure the safety of the enclosure structure. In order to reduce the waste of roof construction, in order to reduce the waste of roof construction, the method of considering the arrangement of structural column position and adding temporary measures is put forward in order to reduce the waste of roof construction in view of the lifting of shield machine on roof structure in actual construction, without increasing the thickness and reinforcement of the plate. Can guarantee smooth lifting. In actual construction, the maximum deformation of the structure plate is 5 mm in the process of shield machine lifting, and it is proved that the structure is safe within the allowable deformation range of the structure. Finally, the plane and three dimensional calculation and analysis of station structure are carried out, and the displacement and internal force of floor slab and Liang Zhu are analyzed, which provides a reference for the design of station structure, and compares the calculation results of these two methods. The results show that the internal forces of floor and Liang Zhu calculated by two dimensional method are too large, that is to say, it is safe and reliable to design according to plane in actual design work.
