【摘要】：利用蠕蟲狀鏈模型對梳狀共聚物分子的均方回轉半徑進行了理論分析,建立了回轉半徑與主鏈輪廓長度、主鏈持久長度、側鏈輪廓長度、側鏈持久長度、側鏈數(shù)目以及側鏈沿主鏈的分布情況(均勻分布和梯度分布)之間的定量數(shù)學關系.在此基礎上,以被稱為"第一代聚羧酸系高性能減水劑"(以下簡稱為MPEG-type PCE)的甲基丙烯酸(MAA)/烯酸甲酯(MAA-MPEG)梳狀共聚物分子為研究對象,結合實驗數(shù)據(jù),對其聚電解質主鏈的持久長度進行了分析,并考察了主側鏈長度、剛柔性、側鏈分布、接枝密度等分子結構參數(shù)對PCE回轉半徑的影響,最后對模型的局限性作簡要說明.梳狀共聚物分子的蠕蟲狀鏈模型物理圖像簡潔,參數(shù)意義明確,應用于PCE分子體系時較之前所報道的柔性鏈模型要更為合理,能夠為分析PCE的分子結構與溶液構象和吸附構象之間的關系提供更科學的視角.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mean square radius of rotation of comb copolymer molecules is theoretically analyzed by using the worm-chain model. The radius of rotation and the length of the main chain, the length of the side chain are established. Quantitative mathematical relationship between the number of side chains and the distribution of side chains along the main chain (uniform distribution and gradient distribution). On this basis, (MAA) / MAA-MPEG comb copolymers, known as "first generation polycarboxylic acid series high performance water reducer" (hereinafter referred to as MPEG-type PCE), were used as the research object, and the experimental data were combined. The lasting length of the main chain of polyelectrolyte was analyzed, and the effects of molecular structural parameters such as length of main chain, rigid flexibility, distribution of side chain and graft density on the radius of rotation of PCE were investigated. Finally, the limitations of the model were briefly explained. The vermicular chain model of comb copolymers is simple in physical image and clear in parameter meaning. It is more reasonable when applied to PCE molecular system than the flexible chain model reported before. It can provide a more scientific perspective for the analysis of the relationship between the molecular structure of PCE and the conformation of solution and adsorption.
