【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,國際環(huán)境發(fā)展不斷尋求可持續(xù)的生存方式,人們所依賴的生態(tài)環(huán)境逐漸惡化,由20世紀(jì)傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)所造成的環(huán)境破壞及其產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響是無法泯滅的,人們長期生活在彌漫著霧霾的城市中。聯(lián)合國環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會曾多次提出人類健康和環(huán)境發(fā)展之間的重要意義,并通過一系列條文協(xié)議,采取相應(yīng)策略加以實施,提高各國發(fā)展綠色生態(tài)建設(shè)的文化共識,環(huán)境的改善必然與人類的活動密不可分。自從城市形態(tài)開始轉(zhuǎn)變,面積不斷擴(kuò)張,人口不斷聚集,以及技術(shù)的升級和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,大部分舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)面臨重建的可能。受西方國家對傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)建筑保護(hù)與再利用的影響,近幾年,國內(nèi)中、小型城市中舊工業(yè)建筑的改造與再利用也得到了重視。但實踐項目分布不均,多以大型城市為聚焦點,發(fā)展模式較為局限,功能單一化,且再利用后的可持續(xù)性尚未達(dá)到明確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。城市特征與城市文明建設(shè)的任務(wù)也未提到舊工業(yè)遺存建筑改造的日程上來。在此趨勢下,本文試圖借鑒國內(nèi)外舊工業(yè)遺存建筑改造再利用的成功經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合佳木斯市亞麻廠的實際情況,根據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論展開對舊工業(yè)遺存建筑改造再利用的研究。首先明確佳木斯市亞麻廠改造再利用的范疇和意義,并通過調(diào)研分析佳木斯市亞麻廠的發(fā)展史及現(xiàn)狀,深入剖析舊工業(yè)遺存建筑改造再利用的優(yōu)劣勢,為亞麻廠舊工業(yè)建筑的發(fā)展探索出一條可持續(xù)的道路、模式及設(shè)計方法。并汲取其它工業(yè)城市的成功經(jīng)驗,嘗試對佳木斯市亞麻廠主要工業(yè)建筑進(jìn)行綜合設(shè)計,包括發(fā)展方向、改造策略、設(shè)計方法等諸多方面。本文闡述了舊工業(yè)建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展對城市文化傳承的重要意義。呼吁社會各界以生態(tài)、科學(xué)的態(tài)度對待身邊每一處被人遺忘的工業(yè)“遺產(chǎn)”。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the development of international environment has been continuously seeking for a sustainable way of survival, and the ecological environment on which people rely has gradually deteriorated. The environmental damage caused by the traditional industrial production in the 20th century and its negative effects cannot be extinguished. People have long lived in cities filled with haze. The United Nations Conference on Environment and Development has repeatedly raised the importance of the relationship between human health and environmental development, and adopted corresponding strategies to implement it through a series of articles and agreements to enhance the cultural consensus on the development of green ecology in all countries. The improvement of environment must be inseparable from human activities. Since the transformation of the urban form, the continuous expansion of the area, the continuous population accumulation, the upgrading of technology and the adjustment of industrial structure, most of the old industrial factories are facing the possibility of reconstruction. Influenced by the protection and reuse of traditional industrial buildings in western countries, in recent years, the reconstruction and reuse of old industrial buildings in small cities have also been paid attention to. However, the distribution of practical projects is uneven, most of them focus on large cities, the development model is relatively limited, the function is single, and the sustainability after reuse has not reached a clear standard. Urban characteristics and the task of urban civilization construction are not mentioned in the agenda of the reconstruction of the old industrial relic buildings. Under this trend, this paper tries to draw lessons from the successful experience of the reconstruction and reuse of the old industrial relic buildings at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of Jiamusi flax factory, and according to the theory of sustainable development to carry out the research on the reusing of the old industrial relic buildings. Firstly, the scope and significance of reconstruction and reuse of flax plant in Jiamusi City are defined, and the development history and present situation of flax factory in Jiamusi City are analyzed through investigation and analysis, and the advantages and disadvantages of reconstruction and reuse of old industrial relic buildings are deeply analyzed. To explore a sustainable road, pattern and design method for the old industrial building of flax factory. Based on the successful experience of other industrial cities, this paper tries to design the main industrial buildings of Jiamusi flax factory, including the development direction, transformation strategy, design method and so on. This paper expounds the importance of the sustainable development of old industrial buildings to the heritage of urban culture. Call on all walks of life to ecological, scientific attitude towards every forgotten industrial "heritage."
