【摘要】：非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)近年來(lái)成為文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)領(lǐng)域新的學(xué)術(shù)熱點(diǎn),在此形勢(shì)下,我國(guó)從非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)整體性、活態(tài)性保護(hù)角度出發(fā),建立了國(guó)家和省的文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)。為借鑒國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),論文以與我國(guó)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)概念接近的生態(tài)博物館、文化線路和國(guó)家遺產(chǎn)區(qū)域的規(guī)劃為研究對(duì)象展開(kāi)研究,并將它們稱為國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)。生態(tài)博物館、文化線路和國(guó)家遺產(chǎn)區(qū)域分別代表了點(diǎn)狀、線狀和面狀三種形態(tài)類型的文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)。論文運(yùn)用理論解析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合方法、歸納總結(jié)法以及定性分析與對(duì)比研究方法,回溯了國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃時(shí)間發(fā)展縱向與空間發(fā)展橫向關(guān)系,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)歸納出國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃的理論、方法、內(nèi)容和趨勢(shì),最后探討通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)而給我國(guó)帶來(lái)的啟示。文章的論述過(guò)程劃分為以下四個(gè)部分:國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃理論部分,總結(jié)歸納國(guó)外點(diǎn)狀、線狀和面狀的基于不同形態(tài)類型的文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃理論,通過(guò)縱向?qū)Ρ确治鲞^(guò)程,詳細(xì)闡述了基于不同形態(tài)類型規(guī)劃的理論淵源、理論進(jìn)程和理論特征。國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃方法部分,詳細(xì)分析國(guó)外基于不同形態(tài)類型的文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃方法,提煉出規(guī)劃方法模型,并指出規(guī)劃的技術(shù)手段。國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃內(nèi)容部分,從保護(hù)、傳承和發(fā)展三個(gè)方面歸納概括出國(guó)外基于不同形態(tài)類型的文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃、社區(qū)營(yíng)造規(guī)劃和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的內(nèi)容。國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃趨勢(shì)與啟示部分,概括出國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃趨勢(shì);并且通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出從規(guī)劃理論、規(guī)劃方法、規(guī)劃技術(shù)以及規(guī)劃內(nèi)容四個(gè)層面給我國(guó)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃以啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the protection of intangible cultural heritage has become a new academic hotspot in the field of cultural heritage protection. In this situation, from the perspective of integrity and live-state protection of intangible cultural heritage, China has established national and provincial cultural ecological protection areas. In order to draw lessons from the planning experience of foreign cultural ecological reserve, this paper studies the planning of ecological museum, cultural route and national heritage area, which is close to the concept of cultural ecological protection in China. And they are called foreign cultural ecological reserve. The ecological museum, the cultural route and the national heritage area represent three types of cultural ecological protection areas respectively: point, line and surface. This paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, induces and summarizes the methods of qualitative analysis and comparative research, and traces the horizontal relationship between the vertical and spatial development of the planning time of foreign cultural ecological reserves. The theories, methods, contents and trends of the planning of cultural ecological reserves abroad are summarized systematically. Finally, the enlightenment to our country through drawing lessons from the planning experience of foreign cultural ecological reserves is discussed. The paper is divided into the following four parts: the theory of foreign cultural and ecological reserve planning, summing up the foreign point, line and plane based on different types of cultural ecological reserve planning theory, Through the process of longitudinal comparative analysis, the theoretical origin, theoretical process and theoretical characteristics of the planning based on different morphological types are described in detail. In the part of planning method of foreign cultural ecological reserve, the planning method of foreign cultural ecological reserve based on different forms is analyzed in detail, the planning method model is refined, and the technical means of planning are pointed out. The content of foreign cultural ecological reserve planning is summarized from three aspects of protection, inheritance and development, which are based on different types of cultural ecological reserve heritage protection planning, community construction planning and economic development planning. In this part, the author summarizes the planning trend of foreign cultural ecological reserve, and puts forward the planning theory and method from the view of foreign cultural ecological reserve planning experience. Planning technology and planning content four levels to China's cultural and ecological reserve planning to enlighten.
