【摘要】：構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城市交通體系已經(jīng)成為中國城鎮(zhèn)化的核心議題。通過中德兩國城市交通體系的可持續(xù)性對比研究,提出在中國未來可實施的交通政策建議:一是采用合適的價格體系,鼓勵購買使用污染小的汽車,在非高峰時間出行和更多地使用公共交通;二是把公共交通、自行車、步行等低碳出行方式一體化整合,作為家用汽車出行模式的必要補(bǔ)充,并使任何類型的汽車限制措施在公共層面和政治上可行可接受;三是為公眾提供開放的信息和教育;四是政策制定著眼于長遠(yuǎn)并分階段實施推行。
[Abstract]:The construction of sustainable urban transport system has become the core issue of urbanization in China. Based on a comparative study of the sustainability of urban transport systems between China and Germany, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future implementation of transport policies in China: first, we should adopt an appropriate price system to encourage the purchase of cars with less pollution. In off-peak travel and more use of public transport; second, the integration of public transport, bicycle, walking and other low-carbon travel modes, as a necessary supplement to the home car travel mode, And make any kind of automobile restriction measures feasible and acceptable on the public level and political level; third, provide open information and education for the public; fourth, make policies with a view to long-term and phased implementation.
