【摘要】：安全工作是高等院校的立校之本,是學(xué)校生存與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。高等院校的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)功能復(fù)雜,人員密集,一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi),危害極大,因此消防安全是高校安全的重要保障。廣東某高校雖然在消防安全方面也非常重視,在教學(xué)樓、宿舍樓以及實驗室等多個建筑物都裝備了消防報警系統(tǒng),但由于各消防系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立分散、自動化程度較低,沒有統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)通信格式和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不能實現(xiàn)信息的互連互通,需經(jīng)過值班人員電話層層轉(zhuǎn)報,從而延誤滅火的最佳時機(jī)。因此,開展消防系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控平臺的應(yīng)用研究,設(shè)計一個消防聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺,實現(xiàn)對該校區(qū)現(xiàn)有的自動火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)的集中管控,對預(yù)防和控制火災(zāi)的發(fā)生有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。在查閱分析國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以廣東某高校為例,采用理論和與實際相結(jié)合的研究方法開展應(yīng)用研究,主要研究內(nèi)容和成果有:(一)通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,SWOT分析,確定了該高校消防系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控平臺的功能需求、各項功能的指標(biāo)要求;(二)根據(jù)該高校的特點(diǎn)和需求,建立了消防系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)平監(jiān)控臺的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),將該平臺建設(shè)劃分為監(jiān)控管理、支撐管理、系統(tǒng)管理、配置管理四大塊功能模塊,編寫了報警數(shù)據(jù)的聯(lián)網(wǎng)程序,完成了消防主機(jī)的聯(lián)網(wǎng),實現(xiàn)了對該高校多個消防系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)一平臺實時監(jiān)控;(三)消防系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控平臺采用大數(shù)據(jù)分析法對消防終端報警信息進(jìn)行了篩選過濾,且具有實時監(jiān)控、多媒體報警、圖文顯示、分級分角色進(jìn)行人員管理、信號智能篩選識別和信息統(tǒng)計分析等多種功能,初步實現(xiàn)了消防監(jiān)控的智能化。作者對該消防系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控平臺的各項功能和性能進(jìn)行了測試,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:Safety work is the foundation of the establishment of colleges and universities, and the foundation of the survival and development of schools. The building structure of colleges and universities has complex functions and dense personnel. Once a fire breaks out, it will do great harm, so the fire safety is an important guarantee for the safety of colleges and universities. Although a certain university in Guangdong attaches great importance to fire safety, many buildings such as teaching buildings, dormitory buildings and laboratories are equipped with fire alarm systems, but because of the independent dispersion of each fire fighting system, the degree of automation is relatively low. Without a unified data communication format and standard, the information can not be interconnected and interlinked. The best time to extinguish the fire should be delayed by the telephone call of the person on duty. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out the application research of fire control system network monitoring platform, design a fire control network platform, and realize the centralized control of the existing automatic fire alarm system in the campus, which is of great practical significance to prevent and control the fire. On the basis of consulting and analyzing domestic and foreign literature, this paper takes a university in Guangdong province as an example to carry out applied research by combining theory with practice. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) SWOT analysis through on-the-spot investigation. The functional requirements of the fire control system network monitoring platform and the requirements of each function index are determined. (2) according to the characteristics and requirements of the university, the system structure of the fire control system network level monitoring platform is established. The platform is divided into four functional modules: monitoring and management, supporting management, system management and configuration management. The network program of alarm data is compiled, and the network of fire control mainframe is completed. It realizes the real-time monitoring of the unified platform of multiple fire control systems in the university. (3) the fire control system network monitoring platform uses big data analysis method to filter the alarm information of the fire control terminal, and has real-time monitoring and multimedia alarm. The graph and text show that the functions of personnel management, intelligent signal screening and identification and information statistical analysis are carried out at different levels and in different roles, so that the intelligent fire control system is preliminarily realized. The author tested the function and performance of the fire control system network monitoring platform, and achieved the expected effect.
