【摘要】：頂進(jìn)力是頂管工程設(shè)計(jì)和施工的重要參數(shù),而頂管側(cè)摩阻力對頂進(jìn)力起控制作用,其大小主要受管土接觸和管漿接觸特性影響。為了更加準(zhǔn)確地計(jì)算頂管摩阻力,假設(shè)隧洞孔壁在泥漿壓力作用下保持穩(wěn)定,管道周圍同時存在管土接觸和管漿接觸,采用協(xié)調(diào)表面Persson接觸模型分析管土接觸特性,得出考慮接觸壓力分布影響的管土摩阻力;然后利用半無限彈性體中柱形圓孔擴(kuò)張理論分析注漿壓力對泥漿套厚度的影響,并結(jié)合泥漿觸變性和流體力學(xué)平行平板模型計(jì)算管漿摩阻力。在此基礎(chǔ)上考慮管道與隧洞的相對位置,同時將管道頂進(jìn)時的滑動摩擦阻力作為下限值,頂管重啟動時的靜摩擦阻力作為上限值,總結(jié)出直線和曲線頂管摩阻力公式。通過與工程實(shí)例數(shù)據(jù)對比,結(jié)果表明該計(jì)算公式下限值與實(shí)測值最接近,證明其適用性。
[Abstract]:The jacking force is an important parameter for the design and construction of pipe jacking, and the lateral friction resistance of the pipe jacking is controlled by the force of the jacking force, and its size is mainly influenced by the contact characteristics of the pipe soil and the pipe pulp. The contact characteristic of pipe soil is analyzed by a coordinated surface Persson contact model, and the frictional resistance of pipe earth is obtained by considering the contact pressure distribution, and then the influence of the grouting pressure on the thickness of the mud sleeve is analyzed by the cylindrical hole expansion theory in the semi infinite elastic body, and the parallel plate model of the slurry's thixotropy and fluid mechanics is used to calculate the tube. On this basis, the relative position of the pipe and tunnel is considered. At the same time, the sliding friction resistance of the pipe jacking is taken as the lower limit value, and the static friction resistance of the pipe jacking is taken as the upper limit value. The friction resistance formula of the straight line and the curve pipe jacking is summed up. The results show that the lower limit value of the formula is compared with the engineering example. The result shows that the limit value of the formula is shown. The measured value is the closest, proving its applicability.
