【摘要】：老城歷史文化保護(hù)與存量土地改造更新涉及的問(wèn)題較為復(fù)雜,以往適用于增量發(fā)展空間的常規(guī)城市設(shè)計(jì)手法已很難滿足當(dāng)前需要。文章以《佛山城市中軸線老城區(qū)段城市設(shè)計(jì)及提升策劃》為例,從老城保護(hù)與更新的視角探索了存量型城市設(shè)計(jì)的理念和方法創(chuàng)新,提出了"共生共榮"的設(shè)計(jì)理念、"追根溯源"的文化考量、"遞進(jìn)互補(bǔ)"的規(guī)劃層次和"突出主題"的行動(dòng)策劃,以期為同類型的城市設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The problems involved in the protection of historical culture and the renewal of existing land in the old city are quite complex. The conventional urban design techniques used in the incremental development space in the past have been difficult to meet the current needs. Taking the urban design and promotion planning of the old section of the central axis of Foshan city as an example, this paper explores the innovation of the concept and method of the stock type urban design from the perspective of the protection and renewal of the old city. This paper puts forward the design idea of "symbiotic and common prosperity", the cultural consideration of "tracing back to the source", the planning level of "progressive and complementary" and the action plan of "prominent theme" in order to provide reference for the same type of urban design.
