【摘要】：在我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,建筑行業(yè)一直是重要的組成內(nèi)容。我國(guó)的建筑業(yè)從上世紀(jì)至今一直在持續(xù)發(fā)展,為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步帶來(lái)很大的影響。不過(guò)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中我國(guó)需要面臨的另一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是,建筑業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的較為嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問(wèn)題。工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中需要耗費(fèi)大量的資源,并且會(huì)產(chǎn)生噪音、揚(yáng)塵等污染。為了保障我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)能夠和環(huán)境和諧共處,取得共同發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,我國(guó)在建筑行業(yè)逐漸推廣“綠色管理理念”,以求在工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中盡量降低對(duì)環(huán)境的影響和破壞。本文主體分為六個(gè)部分對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目環(huán)境管理中綠色管理理念的應(yīng)用展開(kāi)論述。第一部分緒論,提出了本文的研究背景、研究目的及意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于綠色管理理念以及在建筑方面應(yīng)用的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)展和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié);第二部分理論基礎(chǔ)部分,一方面闡述了綠色管理相關(guān)的概理論基礎(chǔ),另一方面,闡述了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目環(huán)境管理內(nèi)容;第三部分主要對(duì)綠色施工管理理念在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題作出了分析;第四部分主要針對(duì)目前建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工環(huán)境管理中存在的一些問(wèn)題提出針對(duì)性的解決建議;第五部分構(gòu)建了綠色管理理念下的環(huán)境管理體系;第六部分以鳳鳴緹香項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為例,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目綠色管理理念的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,對(duì)整個(gè)建設(shè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,并且最終對(duì)綠色管理的實(shí)施效果做出了評(píng)定。最后,文章就本文所研究?jī)?nèi)容做出總結(jié),并給出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In the economic development of our country, the construction industry has always been an important component. China's construction industry has been developing continuously since the last century, which has brought great influence to the development and progress of the national economy. However, in the process of development, the other problem that China needs to face is the more serious environmental problems produced by the construction industry. In order to ensure the harmonious coexistence between the construction industry and the environment and achieve common development and progress, the "green management concept" is gradually popularized in the construction industry in order to reduce the impact on the environment in the process of construction. The main part of this article is divided into six parts to discuss the application of green management concept in the construction project environment management. The first part of the introduction, put forward the background of the research, the purpose and significance of the research, and summarized the development and status of the research on the concept of green management and the application of the architecture at home and abroad; second Part of the theoretical basis, on the one hand, elaborated the green management related basic theory, on the other hand, elaborated the construction project environmental management content; the third part mainly analyzed the application status and existing problems of green construction management concept in the construction project; the fourth part mainly aimed at the construction environment management of the construction project. In the fifth part, we build the environmental management system under the concept of green management; the sixth part, taking the project construction of Feng Ming Ti Xiang as an example, carries out an empirical analysis on the application of the green management concept of the construction project, and expounds the whole construction process in detail, and finally to the green. Finally, the article summarizes the research contents and gives the conclusion.
