不同連接形式預(yù)制裝配式剪力墻水平縫抗剪承載力研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of construction industry in China, prefabricated concrete structures have the advantages of high industrialization, fast construction speed, high quality of building products, good environmental protection and high social benefits. In the domestic has been rapidly promoted and used. However, in prefabricated structures, the existence of joints has a great impact on the integrity and mechanical performance of the structure. In this paper, the shear bearing capacity of horizontal joints of precast shear walls is studied, which is of great significance to the popularization and development of prefabricated structures. Based on the experimental results of seismic and shear resistance of prefabricated shear wall structures at home and abroad, the shear mechanism of prefabricated shear wall interface is analyzed. Based on the test results of sleeve grouting anchor connection and welding reserved hole reinforced concrete anchor connection, the performance of two kinds of steel bar connection modes is analyzed synthetically, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward. The factors affecting the shear capacity of horizontal joints are analyzed. The formulas for calculating the shear capacity of horizontal joints in the codes at home and abroad are quoted. Combined with the experimental data of Tsinghua University and Southeast University, the shear capacity of the horizontal joints of prefabricated shear walls is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the connection of sleeve grouting anchor bar and welding reserved hole steel bar anchor is safe and reliable, and the effective connection of steel bar can be ensured. When the anchoring length of sleeve grouting anchor is 0.9al, the anchoring is still safe, and the length of reinforcement Anchorage should be greater than 0.3 al. in the form of welding reserved hole connection. The shear capacity of horizontal joints is only related to the interface structure, material properties and force forms, but not to the position of horizontal joints. The calculated results of shear bearing capacity of horizontal joints of precast shear walls in domestic and foreign codes are larger than the horizontal forces corresponding to the earthquake resistance of the walls, which proves that the shear properties of horizontal joints of shear walls are good and can guarantee the seismic performance of the walls.
