改制三軸儀測試膨脹土吸水膨脹系數(shù)的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:論文以云南呈貢強(qiáng)膨脹土為研究對象,采用常規(guī)試驗(yàn)法,斷續(xù)吸水法,連續(xù)吸水法及改制三軸儀對膨脹土進(jìn)行吸水膨脹應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變的測量,得到了膨脹土的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變與含水率變化及吸水量的一般規(guī)律;主要研究成果如下:1.根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的膨脹理論,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的簡化,根據(jù)土體的三相指標(biāo)推導(dǎo)出非飽和土膨脹變形的一般公式δ=ρd/ρωSrΔω+[ρd/ρωSrω0-(1-ρd/ρs)]并提出膨脹變形的簡化計(jì)算公式δ=α · + c,提出膨脹變形系數(shù)的概念。2.通過無荷膨脹試驗(yàn),斷續(xù)吸水膨脹試驗(yàn)及三軸膨脹變形試驗(yàn)三種試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行膨脹變形測量,得到膨脹變形與含水率變化的一般線性規(guī)律及膨脹變形系數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。3.討論了膨脹力與吸力的理論關(guān)系,運(yùn)用泊肅葉理論根據(jù)土中吸力的變化量來計(jì)算膨脹應(yīng)力的理論公式得到P = aΔω + β的一般公式,提出膨脹應(yīng)力系數(shù)的概念。4.通過平衡加壓法試驗(yàn)、連續(xù)吸水膨脹力試驗(yàn)、及改制三軸儀膨脹力測試,三種試驗(yàn)方法同時(shí)得到了相類似的規(guī)律,膨脹力的大小與土體的吸水量呈現(xiàn)出明顯的線性關(guān)系,證明了膨脹應(yīng)力系數(shù)的可行性。5.通過三軸儀的改裝實(shí)現(xiàn)了對膨脹土應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的測量,通過觀測吸水量與變形量之間的關(guān)系看出,進(jìn)入到土體中的水一部分參與膨脹變形,另一部分以自由水的形式填充到空隙中。6.利用改制三軸儀對膨脹土應(yīng)力應(yīng)變測量的結(jié)果相對于其他試驗(yàn)方法結(jié)果而言,膨脹應(yīng)力應(yīng)變系數(shù)是隨著吸水的進(jìn)行而逐漸變化的,這也符合理論公式中系數(shù)的變化關(guān)系,更有助于對土體本身膨脹機(jī)理的研究。而常規(guī)試驗(yàn)方法所得到的膨脹特性系數(shù),則使其確定化,簡化了應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的計(jì)算方法,更利于實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the swelling stress and strain of the expansive soil are measured by conventional test method, intermittent water absorption method, continuous water absorption method and modified triaxial apparatus, and the stress of the expansive soil is obtained by taking Chenggong strong expansive soil as the research object. The main research results are as follows: 1. According to the existing expansion theory, the corresponding simplification is carried out. According to the three-phase index of soil, the general formula 未 = 蟻 d / 蟻 蠅 Sr 螖 蠅 [蟻 d / 蟻 蠅 Sr 蠅 0- (1- 蟻 d / 蟻 s)] of unsaturated soil is derived, and the simplified formula of expansion deformation 未 = 偽 c is put forward, and the concept of coefficient of expansion deformation is put forward. In this paper, the general linear law of expansion deformation and water content change and the variation rule of expansion deformation coefficient are obtained by measuring expansion deformation by three test methods, such as no charge expansion test, intermittent water absorption expansion test and triaxial expansion deformation test. The theoretical relationship between expansion force and suction is discussed. The general formula P = a 螖 蠅 尾 is obtained by using Poiseuille theory to calculate the expansion stress according to the variation of suction in soil, and the concept of expansion stress coefficient is put forward. By means of equilibrium pressure test, continuous water absorption and expansion test, and modified triaxial apparatus, the three test methods have obtained the similar law at the same time, and the magnitude of expansion force has obvious linear relationship with the amount of water absorption of soil. It is proved that the expansion stress coefficient is feasible. Through the modification of triaxial instrument, the stress and strain measurement of expansive soil is realized. By observing the relationship between water absorption and deformation, it can be seen that some of the water entering the soil is involved in the expansion deformation. The other part is filled into the void in the form of free water. Compared with the results of other test methods, the stress-strain coefficient of expansive soil measured by the modified triaxial apparatus is gradually changing with the water absorption, which also accords with the variation of the coefficient in the theoretical formula. It is helpful to study the expansion mechanism of soil itself. The coefficient of expansion characteristic obtained by the conventional test method makes it definite, simplifies the calculation method of stress and strain, and is more suitable for practical application.
