【摘要】：針對我國低沖擊開發(fā)和徑流控制布設(shè)普遍缺乏規(guī)劃指引的問題,介紹了一種基于內(nèi)澇空間風(fēng)險指標(biāo)研究,綜合考量城市地域水文條件、下墊面性質(zhì)、可利用空間和城市規(guī)劃等多重影響條件,進(jìn)行低沖擊建設(shè)下城市徑流控制指標(biāo)分配和布設(shè)的方法。該方法以城市徑流控制總目標(biāo)為依據(jù),建立徑流控制和管理的優(yōu)先度評價函數(shù),指導(dǎo)總目標(biāo)在子區(qū)塊中的指標(biāo)分解、方法構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)突出重點(diǎn)、因地制宜的原則,輔助海綿城市實(shí)施方案的規(guī)劃。案例研究結(jié)果顯示,該方法可以在城市低沖擊建設(shè)中優(yōu)化徑流控制指標(biāo)的布局,對國內(nèi)其他相關(guān)項(xiàng)目具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low impact development and general lack of planning guidance in China ' s low impact development , this paper introduces a method for the allocation and distribution of urban runoff control indexes under low impact construction based on the study of spatial risk index of urban runoff . The method is based on the general objective of urban runoff control , establishes the priority evaluation function of runoff control and management , and guides the planning of the overall target in sub - block . The case study shows that the method can optimize the layout of the runoff control index in urban low impact construction , and it can be used for reference for other relevant projects in China .
