施氏假單胞菌應(yīng)用于IPS技術(shù)的可行性試驗研究

【摘要】:為探究利用施氏假單胞菌代謝產(chǎn)物——氮氣加固可液化砂土的可行性,對該菌反硝化作用的條件與砂樣中產(chǎn)氣效能進行了研究,分析了不同碳源對NO_3~--N與NO-2-N還原率的影響以及溫度和初始p H值對其最終飽和度、平均產(chǎn)氣速率、初始停滯期的影響,并確定了最優(yōu)碳源、適用溫度和初始p H值區(qū)間.試驗結(jié)果表明,檸檬酸鈉為最優(yōu)碳源,該菌在21 h時對NO_3~--N還原率達到100%,NO-2-N存在先累積后還原的過程,并伴有0.82 mmol/L殘留濃度.該菌在4~30℃下均可產(chǎn)氣.隨溫度升高,平均產(chǎn)氣速率大幅增加,砂樣最終飽和度略有降低.恒溫20℃且初始p H值為5~9時,該菌可在砂樣中順利產(chǎn)氣.中性及堿性環(huán)境下砂樣的最終飽和度基本一致,酸性環(huán)境下砂樣的最終飽和度隨初始p H值的減小而降低,細菌在砂樣中的平均產(chǎn)氣速率隨初始p H值的下降而減小.與已有微生物氣法相比,將該菌應(yīng)用于IPS技術(shù)中具有平均產(chǎn)氣速率快、初始停滯期短、工藝簡單等優(yōu)點.
[Abstract]:In order to explore the feasibility of using nitrogen gas, a metabolite of Pseudomonas sp., to reinforce liquefiable sandy soil, the conditions of denitrification and the efficiency of gas production in sand samples were studied. The effects of different carbon sources on the reduction rate of NO-3-N and NO-2-N and the effects of temperature and initial pH value on the final saturation, average gas production rate and initial stasis period are analyzed. The optimum carbon source, applicable temperature and initial pH value range are determined. The results showed that sodium citrate was the best carbon source, and the reduction rate of no _ 3-N reached 100% at 21 h, accompanied by 0.82 mmol 路L ~ (-1) residual concentration of NO-2-N.
