【摘要】：正萬(wàn)列風(fēng)(1924-):1938年參加工作,1952年11月調(diào)入建筑工程部城建局工作,任規(guī)劃處規(guī)劃科科長(zhǎng),"一五"時(shí)期曾任西安規(guī)劃組組長(zhǎng)。在蘇聯(lián)專家里面,穆欣是很重要的一位。穆欣有點(diǎn)像行政干部,他講城市規(guī)劃的思想性、政治性。穆欣到處講城市規(guī)劃,宣傳城市規(guī)劃的一些指導(dǎo)思想、理論方法,是一個(gè)能力很強(qiáng)的規(guī)劃專家。
[Abstract]:Zheng Wanliefeng (1924-): joined the work in 1938, transferred to the Urban Construction Bureau of the Ministry of Construction and Engineering in November 1952, served as head of the Planning Section of the Planning Department, and served as the head of the Xi'an Planning Group during the "first five year Plan" period. Among Soviet experts, Mu Xin is a very important one. Mu Xin is a bit like an administrative cadre. He talks about the ideological and political nature of urban planning. Mu Xin talks about urban planning everywhere, propagandizes some guiding ideology of urban planning, theory method, is a very strong planning expert.
