【摘要】：上海地區(qū)裝配式建筑發(fā)展能力的問題集中表現(xiàn)在裝配式建筑成本過高,裝配式建筑質(zhì)量控制難度大等方面。本文針對上海裝配式建筑能力的瓶頸和不足,主要包括從事建筑工業(yè)化人才能力不足、建筑工業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化能力不足、設(shè)計施工一體化能力不足、監(jiān)督和管理能力不足等方面,進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,提出針對性的建議和措施。
[Abstract]:The problems of the development ability of prefabricated buildings in Shanghai are mainly reflected in the high cost of prefabricated buildings and the difficulty in quality control of prefabricated buildings. This paper aims at the bottleneck and deficiency of Shanghai prefabricated building capacity, including the shortage of talents engaged in building industrialization, the shortage of standardization ability of building industrialization, the insufficiency of integration ability of design and construction, the insufficiency of supervision and management ability, etc. Carry on research and analysis, put forward targeted suggestions and measures.
