多孔燒結(jié)陶片在鹽溶液中的吸水特性

【摘要】:外墻多孔飾面層在含鹽環(huán)境下的吸水特性變化,將影響利用被動蒸發(fā)技術(shù)之低能耗建筑的效能。為探尋鹽濃度對陶片吸水特性影響的規(guī)律,以一種常用陶片分別在純水、3.5%及26.3%質(zhì)量分數(shù)NaCl溶液中,采用部分浸泡法進行吸水實驗。結(jié)果顯示:毛細吸水系數(shù)在3.5%溶液中比純水高17.57%,在26.3%溶液中比純水低12.17%。陶片吸收純水質(zhì)量隨溶液濃度提高呈線性下降趨勢。達到毛細飽和時,陶片含水量在3.5%溶液中比純水低2.50%,在26.3%溶液中比純水低16.18%;繼續(xù)連續(xù)吸水24h后,陶片含水量在3.5%溶液中比純水低3.18%,在26.3%溶液中比純水低20.51%。綜合而言,鹽分將削弱陶片吸收純水的能力,削弱水平隨鹽分濃度提高而增強,陶片在濱海含鹽環(huán)境中吸水情況將明顯區(qū)別于內(nèi)陸地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The variation of water absorption characteristics of external wall porous facing layer in salt environment will affect the efficiency of low energy consumption buildings using passive evaporation technology. In order to find out the effect of salt concentration on the water absorption characteristics of ceramic pieces, the water absorption experiments were carried out in 3.5% and 26.3% NaCl solution of pure water respectively with a common ceramic piece. The results showed that the capillary absorption coefficient in 3.5% solution was 17.57 higher than that in pure water, and in 26.3% solution it was 12.1717 lower than that in pure water. The quality of pure water absorbed by ceramic chips decreased linearly with the increase of solution concentration. When capillary saturation is reached, the water content of ceramic pieces is 2.50 lower in 3.5% solution than in pure water, 16.18 lower in 26.3% solution than pure water, 3.18% lower in 3.5% solution and 20.51% lower than pure water in 26.3% solution after 24 hours of continuous water absorption. On the whole, the salt content will weaken the ability of absorbing pure water, and the weakening level will increase with the increase of salt concentration, and the absorption of water in the salt-bearing environment of the coastal area will be obviously different from that in the inland area.
