海水源熱泵對海參育苗廢水熱能回收的工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:該文針對水產(chǎn)生物工廠化育苗水體升溫技術(shù)需求,開展了利用育苗廢水作熱源為育苗水體升溫的海水源熱泵集成技術(shù)應(yīng)用示范,探討了集成系統(tǒng)對海參育苗水體升溫和廢水熱能的回收效果。結(jié)果表明,進(jìn)入I級換熱器的育苗廢水和新鮮海水溫度分別為10.3~14.9℃和-1.9~4.9℃時,新鮮海水出水溫度提升4.6~5.8℃,廢水熱能最大回收率達(dá)到59.2%;海水源熱泵的廢水熱源溫度和流量一定時,新鮮海水的溫升幅度隨其入流流量和溫度升高而降低,入流溫度分別為7.3和10.3℃的新鮮海水,流量不超過15和20 m~3/h時,出水溫度均保持在15℃以上,滿足海參育苗水溫要求。熱泵對廢水熱能的最大回收率為40.7%,COP(coefficient of performance)在5.03以上;集成升溫系統(tǒng)比傳統(tǒng)鍋爐升溫綜合節(jié)能37.6%以上,減排二氧化碳約2 200 t/a,當(dāng)年內(nèi)可收回設(shè)備投資費用。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of raising temperature in aquatic biological industrial seedling water body, the application demonstration of sea water source heat pump integrated technology, which uses seedling wastewater as heat source for raising seedling water body, is carried out in this paper. The effect of the integrated system on the temperature rise of sea cucumber seedling water and the recovery of waste water heat energy was discussed.
