【摘要】：目前裝配式建筑施工質(zhì)量和居住安全性是社會普遍關(guān)注的問題�；谀逞b配式建筑生產(chǎn)—施工現(xiàn)場跟蹤調(diào)查,采用魚刺圖法從人員、機械、物料、方法、環(huán)境五方面對常見質(zhì)量問題進行剖析,基于剖析結(jié)果提出以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、3D激光掃描技術(shù)、信息處理技術(shù)等為支撐的裝配式建筑BIM自動化質(zhì)量管理平臺,以推動質(zhì)量管理過程的智能化、科學化和標準化。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction quality and residential safety of prefabricated buildings are the common concern of the society. Based on the following investigation of a prefabricated building production and construction site, the common quality problems are analyzed from the aspects of personnel, machinery, material, method and environment by using fish-prick drawing method. Based on the analysis results, a 3D laser scanning technology based on the Internet of things is proposed. The prefabricated BIM automatic quality management platform supported by information processing technology can promote the intelligent, scientific and standardized quality management process.
