【摘要】：為了研究高強(qiáng)冷彎薄壁型鋼構(gòu)件的受彎性能和完善直接強(qiáng)度法,對(duì)卷邊形式為斜卷邊、直卷邊和復(fù)雜卷邊的12個(gè)G550高強(qiáng)冷彎薄壁Z形鋼受彎試件進(jìn)行了靜力試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,卷邊形式對(duì)試件屈曲模式和受彎承載力有顯著影響,試件發(fā)生了局部與畸變相關(guān)屈曲或畸變屈曲,直卷邊試件的承載力高于斜卷邊試件的承載力,復(fù)雜Ⅱ型卷邊試件的承載力高于復(fù)雜Ⅰ型卷邊試件的承載力。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有國(guó)外直接強(qiáng)度法公式,回歸出G550高強(qiáng)冷彎薄壁Z形鋼受彎構(gòu)件發(fā)生局部與畸變相關(guān)屈曲變形時(shí)的承載力直接強(qiáng)度法修正公式,當(dāng)此類構(gòu)件發(fā)生畸變屈曲時(shí),無(wú)需再修正現(xiàn)有直接強(qiáng)度法公式。建立有限元模型對(duì)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了分析,分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用大量有限元分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了直接強(qiáng)度法修正公式比現(xiàn)有直接強(qiáng)度法公式對(duì)此類構(gòu)件的承載力的預(yù)測(cè)更為安全可靠。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bending behavior of high-strength cold-formed thin-walled steel members and perfect the direct strength method, static tests were carried out on 12 G550 high-strength cold-formed thin-walled Z-shaped steel specimens with oblique, straight and complicated edges. The experimental results show that the crimping form has a significant effect on the buckling mode and flexural bearing capacity of the specimen. The buckling or buckling of the specimen is associated with local buckling or distortion, and the bearing capacity of the straight crimped specimen is higher than that of the oblique crimped specimen.
