【摘要】：對(duì)一起廠房改建為倉(cāng)庫(kù)建筑使用發(fā)生火災(zāi)的案例,通過(guò)調(diào)查詢問(wèn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn),結(jié)合物證鑒定意見(jiàn),綜合認(rèn)定火災(zāi)事故原因?yàn)殡妱?dòng)車充電線路短路引燃周圍可燃物導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)�？偨Y(jié)調(diào)查中疑點(diǎn)的排除方法,從建筑性質(zhì)變更、違章用電、火災(zāi)撲救等方面對(duì)火災(zāi)事故成因進(jìn)行分析,提出加強(qiáng)此類建筑消防管理的措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a case of fire occurred when a workshop was rebuilt into a warehouse building was investigated, investigated and verified on the spot, and combined with the appraisal opinions of physical evidence, it was concluded that the cause of the fire accident was the fire caused by the short circuit ignition of the surrounding combustible material on the charging line of electric vehicle. This paper summarizes the methods of eliminating the doubtful points in the investigation, analyzes the causes of the fire accident from the aspects of the change of the nature of the building, the illegal use of electricity and the fire fighting, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the fire protection management of this kind of building.
