基于點(diǎn)云的某機(jī)場航站樓BIM構(gòu)建及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,建筑造型愈加復(fù)雜,建筑異面結(jié)構(gòu)增多。常規(guī)的二維施工圖紙往往無法滿足施工的需要,造成了生產(chǎn)效率低下、材料浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重和返工較多的現(xiàn)象,給現(xiàn)場施工造成了較大的影響,也對測量工作形成了一定的挑戰(zhàn)。BIM技術(shù)的引入使得上述問題的解決成為可能,BIM技術(shù)是促進(jìn)建筑信息化的重要技術(shù)手段,貫穿于建筑生命的全周期,在設(shè)計(jì)、施工和運(yùn)營管理方面一定程度上改變了常規(guī)模式和方法,可在項(xiàng)目相關(guān)信息集成的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行信息共享和協(xié)同合作。本文以西南某機(jī)場航站樓為例,利用三維激光掃描技術(shù)獲取航站樓主體結(jié)構(gòu)的點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù),并在對點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行點(diǎn)云拼接、點(diǎn)云濾波和點(diǎn)云精簡等數(shù)據(jù)處理的基礎(chǔ)上,采用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動法進(jìn)行三維建模并構(gòu)建BIM模型,最終將模型應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場的裝修吊頂施工安裝。實(shí)踐表明,基于點(diǎn)云的BIM技術(shù)具有較強(qiáng)的工程適用性,在相似的造型復(fù)雜、異面結(jié)構(gòu)多的大型項(xiàng)目中有較強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文主要工作和成果如下:(1)闡述了三維掃描技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、掃描流程以及相應(yīng)的注意事項(xiàng),利用三維掃描儀對機(jī)場航站樓掃描了95站,獲得了機(jī)場航站樓B、D指廊主體結(jié)構(gòu)的點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)。(2)結(jié)合點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)處理理論,對航站樓的點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行包括點(diǎn)云拼接、點(diǎn)云濾波和點(diǎn)云精簡等處理,重點(diǎn)分析了點(diǎn)云精簡的方法,得到了機(jī)場航站樓B、D指廊主體結(jié)構(gòu)的點(diǎn)云成果。(3)在點(diǎn)云成果的基礎(chǔ)上,采用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動法進(jìn)行三維建模,提取了機(jī)場航站樓B、D指廊主體結(jié)構(gòu)的粱、柱子和球節(jié)點(diǎn)等主要部件,并根據(jù)裝修吊頂?shù)男枨髽?gòu)建BIM模型,主要包括吊頂需要的主龍骨、副龍骨和相應(yīng)的屬性信息。(4)BIM模型成果成功地應(yīng)用于機(jī)場航站樓的裝修吊頂施工安裝,主要用于指導(dǎo)材料下單、構(gòu)件預(yù)制管理、施工圖紙輸出,大大提高了工作效率,節(jié)約了材料,減少浪費(fèi),縮短工期。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated process of urbanization, the scale of the construction project is increasing, the architectural modeling is more complex and the structure of the building is increasing. The conventional two-dimensional construction drawings can not meet the needs of the construction, resulting in the low production efficiency, the serious waste of materials and more rework, which have greatly influenced the construction of the field, and also have caused great influence on the field construction. The measurement work has formed a certain challenge and the introduction of.BIM technology makes the solution of the above problems possible. BIM technology is an important technical means to promote building information. It runs through the whole cycle of building life, and changes the conventional mode and method to some extent in the aspects of design, construction and operation management, and can be integrated in the related information of the project. Based on the information sharing and cooperation cooperation, this paper takes an airport terminal in Southwest China as an example to use 3D laser scanning technology to obtain the point cloud data of the main structure of the terminal, and on the basis of point cloud splicing, point cloud filtering and point cloud simplification, the data drive method is used to model and construct the three-dimensional model. The BIM model is built, and the model is finally applied to the construction and installation of the decoration ceiling. The practice shows that the BIM technology based on point cloud has strong engineering applicability, and has a strong application value in the large projects with complex modeling and multi surface structure. The main work and fruit are as follows: (1) the characteristics of 3D scanning technology are expounded. Drawing flow and corresponding notices, using three-dimensional scanner to scan the airport terminal 95 stations, obtain the point cloud data of the main structure of the airport terminal B, D digital porch. (2) combining point cloud data processing theory, the point cloud data of the terminal building include point cloud splicing, point cloud filtering and point cloud simplification, and point cloud essence is analyzed. In the method of Jane, we get the point cloud results of the main structure of B, D, the main structure of the airport terminal. (3) on the basis of the results of the point cloud, the data drive method is used for 3D modeling, and the main parts of the airport terminal building B, the main parts of the main structure of the D corridor, the pillar and the ball node are extracted, and the BIM model is built according to the needs of the decoration ceiling, which mainly includes the need of the ceiling. The main keel, the auxiliary keel and the corresponding attribute information. (4) the results of the BIM model are successfully applied to the construction and installation of the decoration ceiling of the airport terminal building. It is mainly used to guide the materials under single, prefabrication management, and the output of the construction drawings, which greatly improves the working efficiency, saves the material, reduces the waste and shortens the time limit.
