【摘要】：人口老齡化是當(dāng)今世界普遍面臨的社會(huì)問題,1999年中國進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì),老齡化問題十分嚴(yán)峻,給我們生活的諸多方面造成了影響,提高老人晚年生活的品質(zhì),保障老年人擁有一個(gè)幸福安康的晚年,已成為各行各業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。老年人隨著生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,對(duì)居住單元的要求已不僅僅停留在滿足基本需求的條件下,對(duì)于自身居住環(huán)境的舒適性提出了更高的要求。老年公寓作為最重要的老年居住形式,無論從適老化設(shè)計(jì)、空間和功能、各種服務(wù)等均已無法滿足老年人的需求。由于北京市老齡化程度較高,且作為首都,有眾多層次不同的老年公寓項(xiàng)目,對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究將會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)北方地區(qū)老年公寓的建設(shè)有較大參考價(jià)值。為了讓老人們度過一個(gè)幸福安康的晚年,提高老年人的生活品質(zhì),對(duì)于老年公寓居住單元進(jìn)行研究,有較大的社會(huì)意義以及個(gè)人意義。本論文分為五章。第一章介紹了選題的背景、目的及意義,闡述了相關(guān)概念并確定了研究范圍,明確了選題的依據(jù)以及研究的方法和框架,分析總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外理論研究和實(shí)踐發(fā)展的情況,奠定了論文的研究基礎(chǔ)。第二章分析了不同類型老年人特殊的心理、生理以及行為特征,并針對(duì)這些特征對(duì)居住單元提出的相應(yīng)需求進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。第三章闡述了北京地區(qū)老年公寓的現(xiàn)狀概況,對(duì)調(diào)研走訪的9家老年公寓進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),并對(duì)其中的太陽城銀齡老年公寓、匯晨老年公寓、泰康之家-燕園以及東方太陽城老年公寓進(jìn)行了深入的實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有老年公寓居住單元存在的不足以及值得借鑒的地方。第四章介紹了老年公寓內(nèi)部居住單元的設(shè)計(jì)方法和策略,圍繞設(shè)計(jì)原則、影響設(shè)計(jì)的因素、以及居住單元內(nèi)各個(gè)功能空間的分析進(jìn)行總結(jié)探討,提出優(yōu)化措施。第五章得出結(jié)論和展望。本文通過對(duì)不同類型老人的特征以及需求進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際調(diào)研項(xiàng)目,探討了老年公寓的設(shè)計(jì)方法和策略以及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)注意的問題,為老年公寓內(nèi)部居住單元設(shè)計(jì)的精細(xì)化提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population is a universal social problem in the world today. In 1999, when China entered an aging society, the aging problem was very serious, which affected many aspects of our life and improved the quality of the old people's life in old age. To ensure that the elderly have a happy and healthy old age, has become the focus of attention of various industries. With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, the requirements of the living unit are not only to meet the basic needs, but also to put forward higher requirements for the comfort of their living environment. As the most important form of living for the elderly, the apartment for the aged can not meet the needs of the elderly in terms of its aging design, space and function, and all kinds of services. As Beijing has a high degree of aging, and as the capital, there are many different levels of the elderly apartment project, the study of it will be of great reference value for the construction of the apartment for the elderly in the whole northern region. In order to enable the elderly to spend a happy and healthy old age and improve the quality of life of the elderly, the study of the apartment unit for the elderly has great social and personal significance. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the topic, expounds the related concepts, determines the scope of the research, clarifies the basis of the topic, as well as the research methods and framework, analyzes and summarizes the development of theoretical research and practice at home and abroad. Established the research foundation of the thesis. In the second chapter, the special psychological, physiological and behavioral characteristics of different types of elderly are analyzed and summarized. The third chapter describes the present situation of Beijing elderly apartment, analyzes and summarizes the 9 old age apartments visited by the research, and analyzes the Yinling old age apartment in Sun City and the Huichen apartment for the elderly. Taikang House-Yanyuan and Dongfang Sun City apartment for the elderly carried out in-depth field research, analysis and summary of the existing elderly apartment units, as well as the shortcomings of the place worthy of reference. The fourth chapter introduces the design method and strategy of the internal residential unit of the elderly apartment, and summarizes and discusses the design principles, the factors affecting the design, and the analysis of each functional space in the residential unit, and puts forward the optimization measures. Chapter five draws conclusions and prospects. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and needs of different types of old people and the actual research projects, this paper discusses the design methods and strategies of the apartment for the elderly and the problems that should be paid attention to in the optimization design. For the elderly apartment interior residential unit design to provide a reference and reference.
