【摘要】：我國對傳統(tǒng)聚落的保護(hù)大都基于通過實地調(diào)研來獲得對聚落自身的感性認(rèn)知,從而歸納總結(jié)聚落的從整體結(jié)構(gòu)到民居形式的一系列特征,并且進(jìn)入了一種從申報保護(hù)到開發(fā)旅游的俗套,改變研究方法與保護(hù)手段成為我們必需且急切要開始進(jìn)行的課題。這篇研究從兩個方面著手對這一課題進(jìn)行了初步的嘗試。一是對空間句法理論方法進(jìn)行了全面而系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí),二是對賈家莊歷史文化街區(qū)的空間形態(tài)特征進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié)。在對空間句法理論的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)上,筆者從其概念界定著手出發(fā),指出空間句法的本質(zhì)在于“量化”,將感性認(rèn)知轉(zhuǎn)為理性分析,將概括描述轉(zhuǎn)為數(shù)學(xué)計算。其次對空間句法在歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)方面的研究意義進(jìn)行了闡述,強(qiáng)調(diào)了我們每天使用的空間本體以及系統(tǒng)之內(nèi)的空間關(guān)系對我們的日常生活以及社會發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的巨大影響。之后從核心理論、基本原理以及基本步驟三個方面對空間句法理論的原理初步概括的基礎(chǔ)上,對空間句法理論使用的具體方法選取了軸線法、凸空間法、視域法及線段法進(jìn)行了介紹,并對在理論基礎(chǔ)上展開量化分析的具體參數(shù)以及對應(yīng)的建筑學(xué)意義進(jìn)一步詳細(xì)解釋。同時筆者選取賈家莊歷史文化街區(qū)作為本文的研究對象,先對前人對該街區(qū)的感性研究做了進(jìn)一步的歸納總結(jié)與空間特征的梳理,再結(jié)合本文的基本研究方法空間句法理論,應(yīng)用該理論對賈家莊歷史文化街區(qū)從宏觀、中觀與微觀三個方面對其空間形態(tài)特征做了量化分析。其中宏觀上以村域為范圍,對村落整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析;中觀上舍去新社會建設(shè)的新村,以自然形成的歷史街區(qū)為對象,重點分析自然聚落環(huán)境背景下街區(qū)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征;微觀上分別從空間節(jié)點以及民居院落空間的獨(dú)立空間特征以及對聚落整體空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響兩方面進(jìn)行闡述。并在此三方面量化分析的基礎(chǔ)上,最后進(jìn)行總結(jié)與思考,再次梳理賈家莊歷史文化街區(qū)的空間形態(tài)特征,并對聚落整體的規(guī)劃與保護(hù)提出進(jìn)一步建議。
[Abstract]:The protection of traditional settlements in our country is mostly based on obtaining the perceptual cognition of the settlement itself through field investigation, so as to sum up a series of characteristics of the settlement from the whole structure to the residential form. And has entered a kind of from the declaration protection to the development tourism clich 茅, changes the research method and the protection means becomes the topic which we must and urgently begin to carry on. This research has carried on the preliminary attempt to this subject from two aspects. The first is a comprehensive and systematic study of the theory and method of space syntax, and the second is the analysis and summary of the spatial morphological characteristics of the historical and cultural district of Jia Jia Zhuang. In the systematic study of the theory of space syntax, the author points out that the essence of space syntax lies in "quantification", which turns perceptual cognition into rational analysis, and from general description to mathematical calculation. Secondly, the research significance of space syntax in the protection of historical blocks is expounded, emphasizing the great influence of the space ontology we use every day and the spatial relationship within the system on our daily life and social development. Then, on the basis of summarizing the principle of space syntax theory from three aspects of core theory, basic principle and basic steps, this paper chooses the axis method, convex space method to use the concrete method of space syntax theory. The visual field method and the line segment method are introduced, and the specific parameters of the quantitative analysis based on the theory and the corresponding architectural significance are further explained in detail. At the same time, the author selects the historical and cultural district of Jia Jia Zhuang as the research object of this paper, firstly summarizes the perceptual research of this block by predecessors and combs the spatial characteristics, then combines the basic research method of this paper, the theory of spatial syntax. Based on this theory, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the spatial morphological characteristics of the historical and cultural blocks in Jiazhuang from three aspects: macroscopic, meso and micro. The whole structure of the village is analyzed macroscopically, the new village which is constructed by the new society is sacrificed in the middle view, the historical district formed naturally is taken as the object, and the spatial structure characteristics of the block under the background of natural settlement environment are analyzed emphatically. Microscopically, the independent spatial characteristics of the space node and the residential courtyard space and the influence on the overall spatial structure of the settlement are expounded respectively. On the basis of the quantitative analysis of these three aspects, this paper summarizes and ponders the spatial characteristics of the historical and cultural blocks in Jiazhuang, and puts forward further suggestions for the planning and protection of the settlement as a whole.
