【摘要】：BIM技術(shù)作為數(shù)字技術(shù)在建筑業(yè)的直接表達(dá),在國外建筑業(yè)扮演著重要的角色,也引發(fā)了史無前例的重大變革。然而,自BIM技術(shù)傳到我國,無論是認(rèn)識(shí)上還是實(shí)際應(yīng)用及推廣中上都存在著一定的阻礙和局限性。盡管如此,BIM技術(shù)仍然成功應(yīng)用于許多大型項(xiàng)目,并在提高工程質(zhì)量、提高項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)效率、縮短工期和節(jié)約成本方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。已經(jīng)有越來越多的設(shè)計(jì)單位、承建單位和建設(shè)單位加入到了BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用的隊(duì)伍中。為了對(duì)BIM技術(shù)所帶來的效益進(jìn)行有效的測算和評(píng)價(jià),明確BIM技術(shù)的使用效果,以便利用BIM技術(shù)更好地為項(xiàng)目服務(wù)。本文以某體育場項(xiàng)目為例,通過構(gòu)建基于BIM技術(shù)的效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)BIM效益進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)和科學(xué)的研究。首先,本文對(duì)BIM的研究背景以及BIM技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用情況和文獻(xiàn)綜述、BIM技術(shù)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)以及BIM效益研究的目的進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。其次,本文基于對(duì)國內(nèi)外BIM效益文獻(xiàn)的統(tǒng)計(jì),篩選出了16項(xiàng)效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用德爾菲專家法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并借助SPSS軟件對(duì)效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的可信度進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。最終得出了包含財(cái)務(wù)、產(chǎn)品、組織、管理、戰(zhàn)略5個(gè)方面的BIM效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目對(duì)BIM效益評(píng)價(jià)體系的有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,計(jì)算了相關(guān)效益參數(shù),取得了良好的反饋效果。本文提出的BIM效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系能夠?qū)Σ煌膮⒔ㄖ黧w對(duì)BIM項(xiàng)目的決策與后評(píng)價(jià)提供一定的指導(dǎo)和建議。但由于指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建是基于國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),缺乏從實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中提取的指標(biāo),所以對(duì)于隱性效益的測算需要進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:As a direct expression of digital technology in the construction industry, BIM technology plays an important role in the foreign construction industry. However, since the introduction of BIM technology to China, there are some obstacles and limitations both in cognition and in practical application and popularization. In spite of this, BIM technology has been successfully applied to many large projects and plays an increasingly important role in improving project quality, improving project production efficiency, shortening construction period and saving cost. More and more design units, contractors and construction units have joined in the application of BIM technology. In order to measure and evaluate the benefit brought by BIM technology effectively, and make clear the effect of using BIM technology, so as to make use of BIM technology to serve the project better. This paper takes a stadium project as an example, through constructing benefit evaluation index based on BIM technology, carries on the systematic and scientific research to the benefit of BIM. Firstly, the research background of BIM, the application of BIM technology at home and abroad and the connotation, characteristics of BIM technology and the purpose of BIM benefit research are discussed in detail in this paper. Secondly, based on the statistics of BIM benefit literature at home and abroad, 16 benefit evaluation indexes are selected, and the indexes are optimized by Delphi expert method, and the reliability of benefit evaluation indexes is verified by means of SPSS software. Finally, the index system of BIM benefit evaluation including finance, product, organization, management and strategy is obtained. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness of BIM benefit evaluation system based on the actual project, calculates the relevant benefit parameters, and obtains a good feedback effect. The index system of BIM benefit evaluation presented in this paper can provide some guidance and suggestions for the decision and post evaluation of BIM projects by different participants. However, the construction of index system is based on domestic and foreign literature and lacks of indicators extracted from actual projects, so the calculation of recessive benefits needs further study.
