梁側(cè)錨固鋼板加固高溫后混凝土梁受剪性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究梁側(cè)錨固鋼板加固高溫后受損混凝土梁的受剪性能,設(shè)計了6個混凝土梁試件,首先按照ISO 834國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)升溫曲線對其中5根混凝梁進行受火試驗,然后采用梁側(cè)錨固鋼板加固,并對其進行靜力試驗。分析了梁側(cè)加固鋼板高度與螺栓間距對加固梁受剪承載力、延性及剛度的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:梁側(cè)錨固鋼板加固法能顯著提高高溫后鋼筋混凝土梁的受剪承載力,并改善原混凝土梁的整體受力性能;受剪性能的加固效果隨鋼板高度的增大而增大,隨螺栓間距的增大而減小;在梁側(cè)錨固鋼板加固梁中,鋼板與混凝土存在縱向與橫向滑移;螺栓間距對鋼板與混凝土之間協(xié)同工作的程度影響較大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the shear behavior of damaged concrete beams strengthened with anchoring steel plates on the side of beams, six specimens of concrete beams were designed. Firstly, five concrete beams were subjected to fire test according to the ISO 834 international standard heating curve. Then the beam side Anchorage steel plate is used to reinforce and the static test is carried out. The influence of steel plate height and bolt spacing on shear bearing capacity ductility and stiffness of strengthened beams are analyzed. The experimental results show that the shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams after high temperature can be significantly improved by the method of reinforcing steel plate on the side of the beam, and the overall mechanical behavior of the original concrete beams can be improved, and the strengthening effect of shear behavior increases with the increase of steel plate height. The longitudinal and transverse slippage between steel plate and concrete was observed in the beam strengthened with anchoring steel plate, and the degree of synergistic work between steel plate and concrete was greatly affected by bolt spacing.
