【摘要】：空間規(guī)劃是政府加強空間管制、協(xié)調(diào)空間秩序的重要手段,是國家治理體系現(xiàn)代化的重要內(nèi)容。改革開放以來,我國空間規(guī)劃體系不斷孕育發(fā)展,在優(yōu)化國土空間開發(fā)格局、調(diào)配重要戰(zhàn)略資源、促進區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,但受規(guī)劃理念、管理體制、配套政策等方面的制約,我國空間規(guī)劃體系還不完善。對此,應(yīng)改革創(chuàng)新、規(guī)范編制、強化保障,加快構(gòu)建具有我國特色的空間規(guī)劃體系。
[Abstract]:Spatial planning is an important means for the government to strengthen the space control and coordinate the space order. It is also an important content of the modernization of the national governance system. Since the reform and opening up, China's spatial planning system has been developing continuously, which has played an important role in optimizing the pattern of land and space development, deploying important strategic resources, promoting the coordinated development of regions, etc., but under the concept of planning and management system, China's spatial planning system is not perfect due to the constraints of supporting policies. Therefore, we should reform and innovate, standardize the establishment, strengthen the guarantee, and accelerate the construction of the spatial planning system with Chinese characteristics.
