【摘要】：隨著我國老年人口不斷地增加,老齡化的社會現(xiàn)象引起了社會廣泛關(guān)注。對老齡化現(xiàn)象的研究我國目前仍處于起步和探索的階段,居家養(yǎng)老是主要的養(yǎng)老方式。目前,我國保障性住房設計規(guī)范更多的是參考普通住宅設計規(guī)范,只適用于社會主流群體,不能完全滿足老年人的居住需求,不符合住宅可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。長春市保障性住房的建設處于起步階段,適老化設計并未被引入,臥室是住宅中功能復雜、使用頻率較高的場所,所以臥室的適老化設計對老年人的身心健康起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文將適老化的設計理念引入到長春市保障性住房老年人臥室的設計中,通過閱讀文獻和調(diào)研總結(jié)出了我國目前的養(yǎng)老國情以及長春市保障性住房老年人臥室的居住現(xiàn)狀。論文運用人體工程學、環(huán)境心理學等相關(guān)學科,結(jié)合老年學和建筑學的基本原理,從老年群體的行為特征和特殊需求出發(fā),通過探討臥室的空間功能與尺度、臥室與其他空間的關(guān)系、臥室家具、臥室的物理環(huán)境與無障礙設施,對長春市保障性住房老年人臥室進行適老化設計研究,提出優(yōu)化設計的模式,將適用性與經(jīng)濟性并舉,為老年人提供舒適的居住環(huán)境,完善我國保障性住房的理論體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of the elderly population in China, the social phenomenon of aging has aroused widespread concern. The study on the phenomenon of aging in China is still in the stage of starting and exploring, and home pension is the main way to provide for the aged. At present, the norm of affordable housing design in our country is more reference to the ordinary housing design code, which is only applicable to the mainstream groups of society, can not fully meet the living needs of the elderly, and does not meet the requirements of the sustainable development of housing. The construction of the indemnificatory housing in Changchun is in its infancy, the design of suitable aging has not been introduced, and the bedroom is a place with complex functions and high frequency of use. Therefore, the bedroom design for the aging of the elderly physical and mental health plays a vital role. In this paper, the concept of aging is introduced into the design of the elderly bedroom of the indemnificatory housing in Changchun. Through reading the literature and investigating, the author summarizes the current situation of the aged in our country and the living situation of the bedroom of the elderly in the indemnificatory housing in Changchun. Based on the basic principles of gerontology and architecture, this paper discusses the spatial function and scale of the bedroom, based on the behavior characteristics and special needs of the elderly, using the related subjects such as ergonomics, environmental psychology, and so on, and combining with the basic principles of gerontology and architecture. The relationship between the bedroom and other spaces, the bedroom furniture, the physical environment of the bedroom and the barrier-free facilities, the study on the aging design of the aged bedroom of the indemnificatory housing in Changchun City, puts forward the mode of the optimization design, and puts forward the applicability and economy of the bedroom. Provide comfortable living environment for the elderly and perfect the theoretical system of the indemnificatory housing in our country.
