水化學(xué)腐蝕對砂板巖力學(xué)性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:考慮酸性化學(xué)溶液和浸泡時(shí)間的影響,對砂板巖進(jìn)行了不同水化學(xué)溶液侵蝕作用下的單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)。研究了不同水化學(xué)環(huán)境侵蝕作用對砂板巖試樣的相對質(zhì)量、變形和強(qiáng)度特性的影響規(guī)律。監(jiān)測浸泡過程中溶液的pH值和Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)濃度變化。結(jié)合掃描電鏡試驗(yàn),探討了水化學(xué)作用下砂板巖的腐蝕機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:隨著溶液酸性的增強(qiáng),砂板巖受腐蝕程度逐漸增大;砂板巖的變形特性在水化學(xué)作用下表現(xiàn)為受腐蝕軟化,并且隨著溶液酸性的增強(qiáng)和浸泡時(shí)間的延長越發(fā)明顯;砂板巖的峰值強(qiáng)度在水化學(xué)作用下降低,并且浸泡時(shí)間越長,強(qiáng)度下降越大;不同水化學(xué)環(huán)境中水-巖化學(xué)作用的類型和程度不同,從而導(dǎo)致巖石微細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)變化也不相同,中性溶液以巖石內(nèi)部膠結(jié)物質(zhì)流失為主,酸性溶液中大粒徑的礦物集合體也會(huì)發(fā)生大量溶蝕。
[Abstract]:Considering the influence of acid chemical solution and soaking time, uniaxial compression tests of sand slate under different hydrochemical solution erosion were carried out. The effects of hydrochemical environment erosion on the relative mass, deformation and strength of slate samples are studied. The pH value of the solution and the concentration of Ca~(2 during immersion were monitored. Combined with SEM test, the corrosion mechanism of sand slate under hydrochemical action was discussed. The results show that the corrosion degree of sand slate increases gradually with the increase of solution acidity, and the deformation characteristics of sand slate are corroded and softened under the action of hydrochemistry, and become more and more obvious with the increase of acidity of solution and the prolongation of soaking time. The peak strength of sand slate decreases under the action of hydrochemistry, and the longer the soaking time, the greater the intensity decrease, and the different types and degrees of water-rock chemical interaction in different hydrochemical environments lead to the change of microstructures of rocks. The neutral solution is dominated by the loss of cemented material in the rock, and a large amount of dissolution occurs in the mineral aggregates with large particle size in the acidic solution.
