【摘要】：以某大型商業(yè)改造項(xiàng)目為例,剖析了性能化設(shè)計方法在論證室內(nèi)步行街消防安全性方面的應(yīng)用。采用人員疏散軟件Building EXODUS,分析性能化設(shè)計和處方式設(shè)計方案下的安全疏散時間,驗(yàn)證性能化設(shè)計方案不低于處方式方案的安全水平�？紤]火災(zāi)情況下人員疏散情況論證目標(biāo)建筑的安全水平。結(jié)果表明,性能化設(shè)計方案下的目標(biāo)建筑可充分保證人員的安全疏散。
[Abstract]:Taking a large commercial renovation project as an example, the application of performance-based design method in demonstration of fire safety of indoor pedestrian street is analyzed. The evacuation software Building exodus is used to analyze the safety evacuation time under the performance-based design and the location-mode design to verify that the performance-based design scheme is not lower than the safety level of the local-mode scheme. The safety level of the target building is demonstrated by considering the evacuation situation in case of fire. The results show that the target building under the performance-based design scheme can fully ensure the safe evacuation of personnel.
