【摘要】：住宅是與人類聯(lián)系最緊密的建筑之一,也是人賴以生活的必需品,隨著社會的發(fā)展,人類對住宅的需求也從滿足日常生活提升到了對高品質(zhì)的追求,其中包含了住區(qū)環(huán)境的優(yōu)美、套型設(shè)計的合理、室內(nèi)裝修的環(huán)保、人文環(huán)境的舒適以及其他多方面的要求。在綠色建筑和節(jié)能技術(shù)盛行的大環(huán)境下,健康住宅的理念越來越多的得到人們的關(guān)注。本文從健康住宅和建筑節(jié)能兩方面闡述了論文的研究背景,以冀北地區(qū)的健康住宅作為研究對象,通過對張家口地區(qū)進行地域的氣候分析,對當?shù)刈≌脑O(shè)計特點、節(jié)能措施進行調(diào)查總結(jié),結(jié)合相關(guān)的健康住宅理論和評價標準,通過模擬研究與實例對比,總結(jié)出適合冀北地區(qū)的健康住宅設(shè)計方法與節(jié)能技術(shù),使得節(jié)能技術(shù)能夠更好地服務(wù)于健康住宅的設(shè)計與發(fā)展。健康住宅的前提是要滿足綠色建筑的要求,但是其中多項具體措施還不具備很強的操作性,對于冀北地區(qū)這樣具有特殊氣候環(huán)境的地區(qū),節(jié)能技術(shù)的應(yīng)用較廣泛,但健康住宅的研究與推廣相對較少,本文意在通過對冀北地區(qū)健康住宅的設(shè)計進行探究的同時,選用適合當?shù)亟】底≌ㄔO(shè)的節(jié)能技術(shù),使得健康住宅滿足可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,對健康住宅及其適用的節(jié)能技術(shù)的普及與推廣具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Housing is one of the most closely related buildings with human beings, and it is also a necessity for people to live on. With the development of society, the demand for housing has been raised from meeting the needs of daily life to the pursuit of high quality. It includes beautiful residential environment, reasonable design of suite, environmental protection of interior decoration, comfort of humanistic environment and other requirements. In the environment of green building and energy-saving technology, the concept of healthy house is getting more and more attention. This paper expounds the research background of the paper from the two aspects of healthy residence and building energy saving. Taking the healthy residence in the north of Hebei Province as the research object, through the regional climate analysis of Zhangjiakou area, the design characteristics of the local residence are discussed. The energy saving measures are investigated and summarized, combined with the relevant theories and evaluation standards of healthy housing, through the simulation study and the comparison of practical examples, the design methods and energy-saving technologies of the healthy housing suitable for the north of Hebei Province are summarized. Energy-saving technology can better serve the design and development of healthy housing. The premise of healthy housing is to meet the requirements of green building, but many of the specific measures are not yet very operational. For the region with special climate environment such as the north of Hebei, energy-saving technology is widely used. However, the research and promotion of healthy housing is relatively few. This paper aims to explore the design of healthy residence in the north of Hebei Province, and select the energy saving technology suitable for the construction of local healthy residence, so that the healthy residence can meet the requirements of sustainable development. It has certain reference value for popularizing and popularizing healthy residence and its applicable energy saving technology.
