【摘要】：下沉式空間是一種新型的城市公共空間,隨著現(xiàn)代城市化的快速發(fā)展以及城市地下空間的大規(guī)模開發(fā),不同類型和大小的地下空間均得以利用,下沉式空間極大的豐富了城市公共空間,對(duì)城市建設(shè)具有重要的意義。同時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展極大推動(dòng)了城市的建設(shè),商業(yè)行為更是城市中不同行為的核心,這為下沉式公共空間的利用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。現(xiàn)代城市商業(yè)有著其獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn),下沉手法在商業(yè)中的應(yīng)用有著多重的效用。這類空間對(duì)地下空間的作用,與城市的關(guān)系,其空間表現(xiàn)和構(gòu)成均是本文要探討的問題。本文在初步分析了下沉式空間產(chǎn)生的歷史背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的具體實(shí)例,從不同的角度分析、研究下沉廣場(chǎng)功能空間形態(tài)要素的構(gòu)成與組織,進(jìn)而尋找出下沉廣場(chǎng)的城市設(shè)計(jì)策略與方法。下沉式空間的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)結(jié)合城市的地址、地下空間的需求,堅(jiān)持以人為本的原則,通過功能空間形態(tài)整合的手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市空間的系統(tǒng)化組織和下沉廣場(chǎng)“場(chǎng)所精神”的塑造,使下沉式空間成為人們“感知城市”的新角度。
[Abstract]:Sinking space is a new type of urban public space. With the rapid development of modern urbanization and the large-scale development of urban underground space, different types and sizes of underground space can be used. The sinking space has greatly enriched the urban public space, and has important significance to the urban construction. At the same time, the vigorous development of domestic commercial economy has greatly promoted the construction of the city, and commercial behavior is the core of different behaviors in the city, which lays a foundation for the utilization of the sunken public space. Modern urban commerce has its unique characteristics and the application of sinking technique in commerce has many effects. The effect of this kind of space on underground space, the relationship between this kind of space and the city, its spatial representation and composition are all the problems to be discussed in this paper. Based on the preliminary analysis of the historical background and development status of the sinking space, this paper studies the composition and organization of the functional space elements of the sinking square from different angles, combining with the concrete examples at home and abroad. Then find out the city design strategy and method of sinking square. The design of sinking space should combine with the address of the city, the demand of underground space, adhere to the principle of people-oriented, and realize the systematic organization of urban space and the shaping of "place spirit" of the sinking square by means of the form integration of functional space. The sinking space has become the new angle of people's perception of the city.
