【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)的低效率和浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重的現(xiàn)象遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于其他行業(yè),隨著建筑行業(yè)市場(chǎng)的不斷擴(kuò)大,現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的管理方法也將不斷的提升,低效率和浪費(fèi)情況也應(yīng)得到改善。目前建筑市場(chǎng)傳統(tǒng)的成本管理屬于粗放式管理,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境下,建筑企業(yè)需要將成本控制向精細(xì)化管理方向發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。BIM(Building information Modeling)技術(shù)應(yīng)用為企業(yè)的施工精細(xì)化管理帶來(lái)技術(shù)上的支持,基于BIM技術(shù)的成本控制將會(huì)提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。首先,論文闡述了BIM的基本概念、BIM技術(shù)支持、BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)以及學(xué)者對(duì)BIM應(yīng)用的研究情況;分析了當(dāng)前建筑施工單位成本控制存在的諸多問(wèn)題、介紹了建筑施工單位應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目成本控制的優(yōu)點(diǎn);并將BIM技術(shù)和成本控制相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建了基于BIM技術(shù)的施工成本控制體系。以施工階段為出發(fā)點(diǎn),闡述了BIM技術(shù)在施工階段的具體應(yīng)用。其次,將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目案例中,通過(guò)魯班BIM系統(tǒng)構(gòu)件BIM模型,介紹了魯班BIM軟件的具體應(yīng)用操作。工程項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中,項(xiàng)目管理者以BIM系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)即時(shí)調(diào)取工程項(xiàng)目的成本信息數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)信息數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行事前控制和事中控制,為項(xiàng)目的成本節(jié)約和成本控制產(chǎn)生了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,證實(shí)BIM技術(shù)在工程項(xiàng)目管理中成本控制的應(yīng)用價(jià)值�；贐IM技術(shù)的施工建造階段成本控制,為建筑企業(yè)向精細(xì)化管理方向又邁進(jìn)一步。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of low efficiency and serious waste in the construction industry is far higher than other industries. With the continuous expansion of the construction industry market and the continuous progress of modern science and technology, the management methods of the construction industry in our country will continue to improve. Inefficiency and waste should also be improved. At present, the traditional cost management in the construction market belongs to extensive management. Under the environment of market economy, the construction enterprises need to develop the cost control to the direction of fine management. The application of the technology to improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise. The application of the technology brings technical support for the fine construction management of the enterprise. The cost control based on the BIM technology will improve the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. First of all, the paper expounds the basic concept of BIM and the advantages of BIM technology application, and analyzes the problems existing in the unit cost control of construction. This paper introduces the advantages of applying BIM technology to project cost control in construction units, and constructs a construction cost control system based on BIM technology by combining BIM technology with cost control. Taking the construction stage as the starting point, this paper expounds the concrete application of BIM technology in the construction stage. Secondly, the BIM technology is applied to the actual project case, and through the BIM model of the Luban BIM system component, the concrete application and operation of the Luban BIM software are introduced. In the construction process of the project, the project manager takes the BIM system as the basis to collect the cost information data of the project immediately, and controls the project in advance and in the process through the analysis of the information data. It has produced certain economic benefits for the cost saving and cost control of the project, and proved the application value of BIM technology in the cost control of engineering project management. The cost control in construction stage based on BIM technology is a step forward for the construction enterprise in the direction of fine management.
