【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)的低效率和浪費嚴重的現(xiàn)象遠遠高于其他行業(yè),隨著建筑行業(yè)市場的不斷擴大,現(xiàn)代科學技術的不斷進步,我國建筑行業(yè)的管理方法也將不斷的提升,低效率和浪費情況也應得到改善。目前建筑市場傳統(tǒng)的成本管理屬于粗放式管理,在市場經(jīng)濟的大環(huán)境下,建筑企業(yè)需要將成本控制向精細化管理方向發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)自身的市場競爭力。BIM(Building information Modeling)技術應用為企業(yè)的施工精細化管理帶來技術上的支持,基于BIM技術的成本控制將會提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。首先,論文闡述了BIM的基本概念、BIM技術支持、BIM技術應用優(yōu)勢以及學者對BIM應用的研究情況;分析了當前建筑施工單位成本控制存在的諸多問題、介紹了建筑施工單位應用BIM技術對工程項目成本控制的優(yōu)點;并將BIM技術和成本控制相結合,構建了基于BIM技術的施工成本控制體系。以施工階段為出發(fā)點,闡述了BIM技術在施工階段的具體應用。其次,將BIM技術應用到實際工程項目案例中,通過魯班BIM系統(tǒng)構件BIM模型,介紹了魯班BIM軟件的具體應用操作。工程項目施工過程中,項目管理者以BIM系統(tǒng)為基礎即時調(diào)取工程項目的成本信息數(shù)據(jù),通過信息數(shù)據(jù)分析對工程項目進行事前控制和事中控制,為項目的成本節(jié)約和成本控制產(chǎn)生了一定的經(jīng)濟效益,證實BIM技術在工程項目管理中成本控制的應用價值�；贐IM技術的施工建造階段成本控制,為建筑企業(yè)向精細化管理方向又邁進一步。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of low efficiency and serious waste in the construction industry is far higher than other industries. With the continuous expansion of the construction industry market and the continuous progress of modern science and technology, the management methods of the construction industry in our country will continue to improve. Inefficiency and waste should also be improved. At present, the traditional cost management in the construction market belongs to extensive management. Under the environment of market economy, the construction enterprises need to develop the cost control to the direction of fine management. The application of the technology to improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise. The application of the technology brings technical support for the fine construction management of the enterprise. The cost control based on the BIM technology will improve the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. First of all, the paper expounds the basic concept of BIM and the advantages of BIM technology application, and analyzes the problems existing in the unit cost control of construction. This paper introduces the advantages of applying BIM technology to project cost control in construction units, and constructs a construction cost control system based on BIM technology by combining BIM technology with cost control. Taking the construction stage as the starting point, this paper expounds the concrete application of BIM technology in the construction stage. Secondly, the BIM technology is applied to the actual project case, and through the BIM model of the Luban BIM system component, the concrete application and operation of the Luban BIM software are introduced. In the construction process of the project, the project manager takes the BIM system as the basis to collect the cost information data of the project immediately, and controls the project in advance and in the process through the analysis of the information data. It has produced certain economic benefits for the cost saving and cost control of the project, and proved the application value of BIM technology in the cost control of engineering project management. The cost control in construction stage based on BIM technology is a step forward for the construction enterprise in the direction of fine management.
