【摘要】：伴隨我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到飛速發(fā)展,人們的生活質(zhì)量和幸福指數(shù)不斷提高,規(guī)模龐大、商品齊全、采購(gòu)自由的大型購(gòu)物超市,如雨后春筍般在全國(guó)各地涌現(xiàn)。超市以溫馨舒適的購(gòu)物環(huán)境和自由的購(gòu)物方式迎合當(dāng)代生活節(jié)拍和日常生活需求。隨著市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),我國(guó)超市更趨向大規(guī)模、長(zhǎng)跨度、大空間、高檔次化。超市是人員和商品的匯集地,可燃易燃物種類多、數(shù)目大、火災(zāi)負(fù)荷大,火災(zāi)事故發(fā)生率高。一旦發(fā)生將造成的較大人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,影響社會(huì)的安定和正常生產(chǎn)安全。本課題以合肥市內(nèi)若干個(gè)連鎖超市為調(diào)查對(duì)象,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)近幾年有代表性的超市火災(zāi)資料和實(shí)例數(shù)據(jù)分析基礎(chǔ)上,并根據(jù)大型超市建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)及超市安全評(píng)價(jià)研究的結(jié)果劃分超市火災(zāi)評(píng)價(jià)單元,包括建筑環(huán)境單元、電氣設(shè)備單元、安全管理單元及消防技術(shù)單元。首先,建立大型超市評(píng)價(jià)體系,應(yīng)用檢查表法對(duì)超市各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的檢查,使超市安全評(píng)價(jià)工作具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范性;并應(yīng)用Pyrosim建立超市火災(zāi)數(shù)值模型,運(yùn)用FDS火災(zāi)模擬軟件對(duì)超市消防技術(shù)單元中的自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)和排煙系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模擬,為后續(xù)專家現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)分提夠依據(jù),最后采用層次分析法對(duì)超市火災(zāi)安全進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)合肥市區(qū)具有代表性的若干大型超市進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察收集資料,選擇某超市為具體研究對(duì)象。本文采用層次分析法、檢查表法法及火災(zāi)模擬對(duì)超市進(jìn)行總體安全評(píng)價(jià)。最后,對(duì)實(shí)例超市火災(zāi)安全評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, people's quality of life and happiness index constantly improve, large scale, complete commodities, procurement freedom of large-scale supermarkets, such as springing up in all parts of the country. Supermarket to warm and comfortable shopping environment and free shopping to meet the needs of contemporary life rhythm and daily life. With the market competition, Chinese supermarkets tend to be large-scale, long-span, large-space, high-grade. Supermarket is a gathering place for people and commodities. There are many kinds of flammable combustible substances, large number, heavy fire load and high incidence of fire accidents. Once it occurs, it will cause greater casualties and property losses, which will affect social stability and normal production safety. This subject takes several chain supermarkets in Hefei as the investigation object, based on the analysis of fire data and case data of typical supermarkets in the network in recent years, and according to the building structure of large supermarkets, The management characteristics and the results of the study on supermarket safety evaluation are divided into supermarket fire assessment units, including building environment unit, electrical equipment unit, safety management unit and fire technical unit. First of all, the evaluation system of large supermarkets is established, and the evaluation indexes of supermarkets are systematically checked by the method of inspection table, which makes the work of safety evaluation of supermarkets standard and normative, and establishes the numerical model of supermarket fires by using Pyrosim. The automatic fire extinguishing system and smoke exhaust system in the fire control technical unit of supermarket are simulated by FDS fire simulation software, which provides sufficient basis for the follow-up experts to score on the spot. Finally, AHP is used to comprehensively evaluate the fire safety of the supermarket. In this paper, some representative supermarkets in Hefei are investigated and collected on the spot, and a supermarket is selected as the specific research object. In this paper, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Checklist method and Fire Simulation are used to evaluate the overall safety of supermarkets. Finally, the fire safety evaluation results of supermarket are summarized and prospected.
