【摘要】：快速城鎮(zhèn)化使鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)面臨新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),然而部分鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)的盲目城鎮(zhèn)化造成了鄉(xiāng)村自然生態(tài)、人文環(huán)境和社會結(jié)構(gòu)的諸多問題。本文在對鄉(xiāng)村綠道特征進(jìn)行解析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了通過鄉(xiāng)村綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)鄉(xiāng)村自然生態(tài)、文化資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)要素、游憩需求以及公共服務(wù)等因素的城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展問題,并結(jié)合寧海縣胡陳鄉(xiāng)鄉(xiāng)村綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建,對以"分層+疊加"為基本思路的鄉(xiāng)村綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃策略進(jìn)行了初步探討,通過"基礎(chǔ)調(diào)研——要素解析——功能分解——合成優(yōu)化——方案比選——修正深化"6個步驟為基本規(guī)劃框架的實(shí)踐路徑來構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)村綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò),研究一套具有參考意義的鄉(xiāng)村綠道規(guī)劃模式。
[Abstract]:Rapid urbanization makes rural construction face new opportunities and challenges. However, blind urbanization in some rural areas has caused many problems in rural natural ecology, humanistic environment and social structure. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of rural green roads, this paper puts forward the problem of coordinating the urban and rural development of natural ecology, cultural resources, industrial elements, recreation demand and public services through the construction of rural green road network. Combined with the construction of rural green road network in Hu Chen Township, Ninghai County, the planning strategy of rural green road network based on "stratification superposition" is preliminarily discussed. The rural green road network is constructed through the six steps of "basic investigation-factor analysis-function decomposition-composition optimization-scheme selection-modification and deepening" as the practice path of the basic planning framework. To study a set of rural green road planning model with reference significance.
